My email to Excell Appliances (Guelph):…read more Hi,I am interested in purchasing a "gently used" stackable washer and dryer for a rental property. Wondering if you have anything suitable available now? If you could share pics, model makes/numbers and related costs I'd appreciate it. Ideally I'd like to purchase and have delivered asap. I look forward to hearing from you! Ben Excell Appliances reply email: "No,I have no time for that ,no washer has been gently used especially front loads. You could come in to view by appointment but am usually busy doing service work." Alrighty then! (wow) I replied: "I think you should stick to the service work and leave replying to customer inquires to your wife (the lady I had spoken to on the phone the day prior who I assumed was his wife). Not your forte obviously. ... wow!" His response: "We deal with too many property management companies to do individual requests of that nature. We usually do all that for people only to find its waisted time,so we don't do it.Maybe you would like to start a business and you could do it,then you'll know what it's like to work for free.as it stands I'm much to busy to do it try Kijiji I'm sure you'll get satisfaction there.P.S. don't have a wife I find their like lawyers and Realestate agents" Obviously he had seen my work signature in the email I had sent him and noticed I was a Realtor. I was ready to drop hundreds of dollars buying appliances from this guy. Not a chance in hell now! I strongly suggest you go somewhere else for your appliances. This guy doesn't deserve to be in business.
