The facility is always clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms and saunas. I also really appreciate the Hotworx app, which tracks workouts and calories burned. Each quarter, members can earn rewards based on their progress; for example, after burning 10,000 calories in Q4 of 2025, I received a complimentary t-shirt, which was a great and motivating perk. By combining consistent workouts at Hotworx with a low-carb diet, I've lost 15 pounds since October 2025. I'm very happy with my progress and look forward to continuing my membership and reaching even more of my fitness goals.

I tend to lean more introverted so the fact the only 3 people can even be in a sauna together is great! The classes I took was only me. There were a few other people in the facility, but everyone had their own sauna. I like the benefits of the infared sauna. The way I was sweating during the classes I took (cycling, rowing, pilates, barre) was insane but also impressive. The classes are taught via instructional videos and are timed. I also like that there is a small workout area with a bunch of equipment in the back to add a little extra to your workout if you wish. I loved the battle ropes and kettle bells so I did hang back and spend some quality time there. The facility isnt huge, but thats a plus. In each session I somehow have managed to never be in there with anyone else so again despite the size it was ever super crowded and you can go after hours so its great for people with uncommon schedules or night owls/early birds. They offer your first session free if you're curious about the class styles and want to sample before you commit.

I met Anthony many years back when I decided to try bootcamp for the first time and I am so happy that I met him and I have followed him ever since, yes, gym to gym to now his own! Personally for me, a trainer is so important, their task is to capture and motivate us. Anthony is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. It is also very important that you come with a positive mindset because ultimately you are the driver of your own fitness journey! The classes are relatively small which I like, there is enough equipment for everyone to use. Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, you name it! He has it. Environment This is a warehouse style place with a big garage door. There is enough parking space available. The location is tucked away in the back so it is good for the running that we do. Classes are small and currently capped at 10 people per class. There are only morning group classes. He also offers personal training classes Niceness of the staff A3 Fit is a one man show, and Anthony does an excellent job! He is very friendly, welcomes all levels of fitness. As a member who pays dues in addition to a "Maintenance Fee," I would hope that there would be routine maintenance on the equipment, but I can't help but notice that slightly dirty TRX bands have been replaced and walls have been painted while all 4 rowers remain barely usable. (A good number of the ellipticals also have issues, but there are enough ellipticals that you can always find one in working condition. The rowers, however, are limited.) Instead of rowers, we have a rower graveyard. The one usable rower now has a ripped foot strap. For months, the other rowers have had issues. The second rower's seat pops off the track. The third one has a chain that slips. And the last one has a very heavy, squeaky chain. These all seem like things that could be easy fixes, but here we are.
