It's a beautiful park with Sultan river in the woods but the bathroom is close. It's 7/7/2019 summertime so not sure why.

Hike is pretty steep, constantly uphill for about 3 miles, all in the trees though. Mosquitoes around, bug spray is good. After 3 miles, trail goes down pretty steeply, lake was really pretty, not very cold water! Sat there for a bit to enjoy the water and view, really calming. Didn't see very many people on the trail, had the lake to ourselves. Bad part of the hike is the need to go back uphill after the lake, but it's not too bad. Took 2 hours to get to the lake, 2 hours back, was a bit dark and got a bit cold towards the end of the hike. Hiking poles definitely helped!

We went around 8:00am got at lake around 11:30am, only few small breaks and took 3 hours to come back. When we reached the lake it was mesmerizing. Thinks to remember: 1.Take a lot of water and snacks with you. It is hard hike so stay hydrated. 2. Bug spray if needed we had it but did not use it because bugs were not too bad. 3. Go early to beat the heat and this hike requires $5 day use fee and Northwest forest pass. 4. Since it's not 7.5 miles be ready to do extra 4 miles. Total of 11.5miles This hike was hardest hike for us so far but the view worth the hike. I would highly recommend to go there at lest once in life time. The view is breathtaking!!! Good luck, you will love it.!!

Snohomish Dog Camp is unmatched…read more I needed fast, reliable care for my dog Tuffy on extremely short notice, and Rebecca at Snohomish Dog Camp stepped up when nobody else could. No hoops, no delays, no nonsense -- just a professional who truly loves what she does. Her camp is clean, safe, warm, and personal. I received morning photos, evening videos, and updates that showed Tuffy comfortable, happy, and completely relaxed. The environment is exactly what you hope for when you want your dog treated with real attention and care. The highlight for me? No cages. Dogs are allowed to be dogs in a home-style setting with constant supervision and real human interaction. Tuffy isn't just a dog to me -- she's my prized possession, my ride-or-die, and trusting someone with her is a huge deal. Rebecca delivered above and beyond. Snohomish Dog Camp deserves every bit of praise, and the only thing I'm unhappy about is that I can't rate it higher. Truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

She seems very experienced handling dogs and Buckley adores her and the rest of the family. She's particular about the dogs she takes in so they have positive social and play. Rebecca kept me updated, sends pictures, and is very accommodating (last minute and extended stays). Large property with plenty of room to run and play. Highly recommended!

I live far where I have to take a ferry across the water to get to seattle/everrett area. Unfortunately because of the ferry system and events occurring downtown the boats were over an hour late. With this location I had initially put a request to drop off my dog at 3pm Saturday and pickup Sunday afternoon. But due to the ferry system I was very late but luckily The company was very accommodating and were understanding of the traffic situations I sadly didn't reach the location until 8pm, happily They have someone at the location 24/7 to watch all the pups and help take my dog in for the night. They keep you updated with texts and photos of your doggy so you know they are safe and even have a live cam you can monitor your dog with. He received spoiled treats and a lot of exercise and socialization. He could play all day. Picking him up was smooth as well. They gave me a update of his night He passed out on the way home tail still wagging. Picking him up he looked happy and excited 10/10 would recommend and go again
