When my husband told me he had received a text, I logged in to catch up March and pay April. They had charged me $176 in fees/late fees for a unit was just 35 days past due. I couldn't see a break down until I made the payment but that equates to about $5 a day. To make matters worse I could no longer process a payment online it told me the account was too far past due. I called multiple times to speak to someone about the outrageous fees but could only get a corporate call center, stopped by and no one was there. I finally was able to reach someone to pay today. I ended up paying $311.42 for something that would have usually been $67.50 per month or $135 for two months. I have no problem paying late fees if I make a mistake, but this is crazy! The breakdown was included on the receipt and I was additionally billed for a protection plan I had never consented to. Ironically that charge isn't included when my autopay pulls from our account. I could be reading it wrong but it appears there is an AL code that lists reasonable late fees for self storage facilities. Do the research and do yourself a favor, rent storage anywhere else but here!

Since AAA Storage was acquired by Mini Mall Storage, many things have changed. They stopped providing all the additional mail services which were convenient for the community. These changes are small in comparison to the more glaring issues with this new company. Even the employees I have spoke to about these radical changes agree that it is BS. First, the price went up, expected in this destructive economy under the current administration. Then, when I received my receipt showing the breakdown of my payment which necessitated the price increase, I was quite alarmed. When I saw the following fees that drove the increase: "Carbon Recovery" fee for $2.99 Facility Mgt. fee $5.99 Payment Processing fee $3.99 Administration fee $10.99 So, they are charging a carbon recovery fee (Carbon fees are proposed steadily rising fees collected for the cost of burning fossil fuels)-for a storage unit?? Next, they stopped allowing cash payments-cards only, which requires a "Payment processing" fee of $3.99. PEOPLE-THESE ARE THE KINDS OF CHANGES YOU SEE WITH ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). Bottom line-this company is based out of Canada and is pushing a Globalist agenda. Communism has arrived to Enterprise, Alabama. Stand against this tyranny and find somewhere else to store your valuables where you're the priority not the Elites. Hoping this Canadian company goes under in the US. My thoughts are with the soldiers of Fort Rucker that have their house hold goods in storage because they are overseas and aren't able to clear their items from this over priced facility. I don't know what the current going rate is but I would NOT recommend this Canadian owned facility. Too many other options between Enterprise, Dothan, Ozark to choose from.
