I was invited out for a friends birthday party to go dancing here. An elderly man who seemed either really drunk or on something else started moving in on our table, staring me down and standing way too close. Just as I was asking him to back up and give us some space one of the service staff walked by. He noticed the interaction and checked in with me to see if everything was ok. I told him I'd just asked the guy to back off and he let me know if needed we could ask the security guard to intervene. After another half hour or so of the man continuing to hover near us one of the security guards tapped me on the back letting me know they had been watching the guy stare at me and had decided to ask him to leave. I was blown away by this gesture, knowing they were really looking out for my safety that way. I want to say thank you to the staff for paying attention and prioritizing their customers wellbeing like that. Plus, it seemed like good vibes overall, everyone was dancing and having fun together. Big respect to the crew for keeping it fun and safe!
