They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. They had texted me the day before to confirm the booking which was great, but Friday comes it's 12pm and I get a text that they are on the way. I was confused and in the middle of work - had immediately asked why the deviation from previously agreed 2pm, asked for an ETA so I could plan when to leave and never got a response. I ended up going over to the apartment, called the person who then told me it would still be about 20 minutes till showing up. At this point, I was already pretty irritated. When they arrived it was fine - showed the 2 cleaners where to park and helped them bring some tools up the entrance stairs. They finished up and locked the door behind them no problem. I ended up paying the price I was estimated which was great so no surprises. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid. But between the scheduling mixup and the floors being missed, I just don't think I'd be able to hire them again. Just be careful if you book them!

So here is my honest review: You would be better served using another company that operates with honesty and integrity! Filled out the project request for a move in/move out cleaning service on Yelp and listed the MAX number of bedrooms and bathrooms (4 or more) allowed on the survey. Photo included. I received an estimated quote (NO specifics were provided with the quote) and a follow up message asking if I needed appliances cleaned.  I specified the number of appliances and confirmed the date and time for service. The day of service I received a message with a higher than estimated cost (no cost breakdown was provided) and instructions to prepay. Towards the end of the service, I received a call asking me to check the work that had been completed and see if I needed anything else. It was at this time that I noticed one of the appliances that I had put in my original request (I showed the cleaners my text and later sent a screenshot to the company) was not completed. As the team was taking care of this, I started receiving messages from someone named 'Guy'. Guy tells me that I have to pay more for the additional appliance. Since I already paid more than the estimated quote, I didn't agree with this.  Then Guy tells me that my estimated quote was for a 4/4 bed/bath home followed by a screenshot of my Zillow home estimate showing 4 beds and 5 baths. When I put my information into YELP I put in the max bed/baths allowed. I reiterated this during our phone call. Now if the company's practice is to pull up Zillow home estimates, this should have been done BEFORE you sent me the amount due on the morning of service. PERIOD! YOU should have specified the number of beds/baths the estimated quote covered which would have given ME the opportunity to correct it if needed. This should not be used as an EXTORTION tactic to get more money at the end. Nor should this be used as an attempt to appear as though you gave me some kind of concession on the service. Nothing I've said in this review is inaccurate. Use the same approach you use with scammers when they try to 'continue the conversation' and keep you texting or on a call. Hang up and block. Overall, bad business practices. Hope this helps!

We used them for nearly six months after our baby was born, and as the photos attached show, the results have been terrible. One thing you can always count on is that they will never arrive on time. If you have pets, be ready to lose your entire day waiting for them to show up. On top of that, they constantly misplaced our belongings -- sometimes "hiding" items instead of putting them back where they belong. We had to repeatedly point out that they'd missed entire sections of the house, like our whole downstairs. When that happened, good luck getting them to return the same day to fix it. They also ran our dishwasher with expensive knives inside and used dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent, leaving our kitchen covered in bubbles. Veronica apologized and offered 10% off that cleaning, but that didn't make up for the damage or the pattern of carelessness. She knew we hired them because we have a baby, yet her team still mixed his dishes with items that weren't safe for him. Communication is another major issue. They never once arrived on time, and when my wife explained that we couldn't continue with three-hour-late, unannounced arrivals, Veronica accused us of canceling the service. Today, they were scheduled to clean again--no show, no message, nothing. It took three hours just to get a response saying they were "waiting on their team." Yes, her prices are competitive, but you truly get what you pay for. We'll be paying a little more next time for a reliable and professional cleaning service. With a seven month old baby and two large dogs, having a set schedule was really important to us, but they just could not stick to one. They constantly skipped parts of the house, even after we reminded them. The stairs were never vacuumed once, even though that was part of the agreement, and they often skipped the downstairs den completely. One time they did not even wipe down the kitchen counters. The price was never adjusted despite the unfinished work. I talked to the manager twice, and my husband spoke with her three different times trying to fix the timing and cleaning issues. Nothing ever changed. When I asked about setting a specific time, she said we were not even on the schedule and then claimed we had canceled the service. Later, when I followed up, she said they could continue but could not guarantee a time anymore, going back on what she had promised because of our baby's nap schedule and the dogs. Overall, they were unreliable, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable cleaning service.
