Very unorganized and slow. If the girls bringing the orders out wouldn't stand at each car and complain about their manager not helping them and not bagging orders. I've been sitting for 30 min after my pickup time waiting for my dinner and wouldn't you know it came out cold. This place needs to get their act together or hang it up. There was a strange smell as you walked in...but for some reason every Ruby Tuesday i have been to has that these days. I don't eat here too often but to be honest, the food was excellent. I got the asiago pepper steak with a side of onion rings and grilled veggies. The steak was cooked perfectly and was around 6 oz. It was as good as Outback, long horn, and the like and with the same prices. The onion rings had beautiful color and were crunchy to the bite. The veggies were shining so I assumed they were swimming in oil so I will have to ask for no oil next time. I'm in town for work so will probably be eating here all week. Its worth a try when your on the road. read more

Decent restaurant for this area of town. Service is usually great. Staff have always been cordial and consistent. The best part part about any Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar. You can pretty much add the salad bar to your entree for extra. The next best thing here to me is the "minis."The tiny burgers will hit the spot. read more

I was not at all pleased. I wanted a full course meal, and I ordered online. The half rack of ribs tasted old, and were dry. The green beans were half cooked, and the rice pilaf was clumpy. The fried shrimp and chicken strips were part of a trio, and of poor food quality.The biscuits were dry and crumbly. I could show the uneaten food in a pic, but I am trying to be respectful. I could not eat the food, and truly wanted to take it back to get my money back. I am still hungry! I give it a 1 because the price was okay, and the food was ready when I picked it up. Service was okay, my crab cakes smelled so bad wen they made it to the table it was offensive. I took one bite and that was all I could handle. They tasted like grease fries tuna fish. Not what I was expecting, in the least. The salad bar was sub par. The lettuce was wilted and brown. Hit or miss at this restaurant. Some nights it's a solid four stars, good food and outgoing servers. But the last two times I went it wasn't great service, restaurant was dirty and the overall experience was pretty bad. But the food always remain 3 stars. Good, but not great. read more

Entire place needs a good cleaning especially bathroom. Service is horrible. Bartender is rude to black patrons and our money is green just the same. Standard Ruby Tuesdays. All the tv's are in the smoking/bar section which was disappointing but service was quick and polite. If you are at the next door Hampton then this place is a shoe-in for dinner. read more

We visited this location 2 years ago while passing through the area. Returned this evening, service was great and the salad bar was fully stocked, I should mention we went in a little over an hour before closing. Great Place to eat. Service is good, and food is awesome. My husband loves the pork chops and hamburgers. I love the salmon and chicken dishes. Crab cakes are excellent. Can't beat the salad bar, everything is always so fresh. I usually order one of their flavored martinis, and we say "WOW" to their desserts. We always enjoy talking with our waiters or waitresses as most of them are working while going to college, we learn a lot about people and they love talking to us. We would definitely recommend this restaurant, and we try to come here often. read more

I come here for the salid bar which contains many vegetables along with a good variety of proteins. The service is good with little wait time. Today the salid bar was stocked. I will continue to come for the salid bar. read more

Christina is so sweet and diligent. I ordered the New Orleans Seafood. It was very tasty and well cooked. It arrived fast and hot. The lemon blueberry cake was good, but the cake was a bit bland. We waited 40 min for our food. They brought our dessert out before our appetizers, which caused the dessert to melt. My drink was wrong and my philly cheese potstickers were burnt and empty. Collette is AWESOME!!! I have eaten at this restaurant 8-10 times, Never has the service been as great as it was tonight!!!! Thanks Collette!!! However the bartender Felicia was HORRIBLE!!! She sent out dirty glasses even after the waiter asked her to make another drink in another glass. Which she would not do and argued with the waiter saying the customer will never notice.
