The restaurant is run down. Need lightbulbs in the lamps - can't read the menu sitting in the "unlit" booth. The menus are falling apart. The seats/booths are uncomfortable - seats are torn & not much cushion or spring left. Some Tables are covered with ugly table cloths. The salad bar is not well kept & dressings are not labeled appropriately. The staff does not seem to even want to be there. It takes the bar tender (with no one at the bar) 15 minutes to make a peach tea. I don't know who is responsible for the upkeep in this establishment- but they need to make some changes- act like you care! The food & service is subpar. We likely won't be back anytime soon. Put some love into the appearance & maybe the staff will want to be there & help keep it up & maybe the guests will want to eat there again. read more

No one at front to seat us for a good few minutes. Service slow. Actually ate my salad and had to ask for something to drink even though we had ordered our drinks 10 to 15 minutes earlier. Steaks were tough as rubber. This was in milledgeville. In Dublin, a few weeks earlier, the waitress forgot to put in our order, better food but very slow read more

When in Milledgeville Ruby Tuesday is my ace in the hole for when I'm short on time and not exploring another "new to me" restaurant. The dining room is quiet and comfortable. There was a short wait to be seated because the host seemed to be wearing many hats and missed the queue building. They have several seasonal entrees and I chose the scallops which were very good, cooked well and a great choice. I think "shrinkflation" has affected the sides. The salad bar was great as always and well restocked, one of the many hats the host wears. It's been a reliable place and will continue to be. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Seasonal special. Scallops in butter sauce. - American Near Me - Milledgeville, Georgia

It's been a long time since I've ordered anything from Ruby Tuesday's. Now, I hadn't planned on ordering from here, as DoorDash advertised, Ridiculous Burgers. Thinking it was a new place, I went ahead and ordered, The Man I Love Fries Burger. But, after ordering, then searching the address, I discovered that, Ridiculous Burgers, is an alternate name for Ruby Tuesday. While the, Man I love Fries Burger, and Skin-On Fries, were good, the fries were limp. And, the burger not to ordered specs (ordered Medium Well (being a hamburger, I feel the meat has to be cooked more), but got Medium, as still pink inside). And, I didn't select Cheese. Yet, it had cheese). Even after nuking for 20 seconds, it still wasn't hot enough. But, I didn't want to risk ruining it. And, since I was starving, I went ahead and ate it. read more

Everything was amazing from the food, the customer service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was absolutely satisfied with everything.

Horrible service. We said we weren't going back the last 3 times we went b/c we waited forever 2b seated. one time nobody ever came. they were all in the back of the place for over 15 minutes. This time the food was just horrible. I had the grilled salmon bowl; my husband had the ribs which used to be delicious. The waitress was unconcerned, never gave us any refills on our water. She acted like she was OTL for some reason that I could not discern. She did go get the mgr. so my husband could complain about the ribs. he did replace them with some tender ones. My salmon tasted awful. the menu said that it would have garbanzo beans in the salad and it was nothing but arugula and some stirfry mushy lentils and peppers(about a tsp.) that looked like , well I couldn't even tell what it was. The service just gets worse & worse there every time we've been for the last 3 to 5 years ! I'm done w/them now ! that's it. Their food used to be good &their service. The building is almost empty every time we go . we won't be going back. I should say my grandchild had a hamburger that was delicious from all accounts, so I guess if you want a burger maybe that's the place to go. Don't go if you want salmon or ribs! read more

The to go / bartender is rude acts like she doesn't want her job... very uncomfortable.. how does she make tips, get rid of her

Food was cold as hell. Manage was very unprofessional and refused to get give me a refund. Even lied and said I went home and came back with cold food. Never eat here. Better off getting McDonalds or chick fil a. Salad bar was also dirty. Brown lettuce. Ranch contaminated with honey mustard. I wouldn't even feed this food to my dog. read more

Don't eat at Ruby Tuesdays! Horrible Service and committed Fraud! Ruby, Tuesday in Milledgeville Georgia committed fraud Saturday, November 2, 2024. The manager of the restaurant told us that it is our problem that her staff doesn't know Ruby Tuesday's policies as it relates to the menu after her staff read my rewards discount! on my phone! Overcharged us and just walked away! We had 2 separate waitresses and neither informed us of company policies after taking my phone and reading the rewards offer! The second waitress acted strange and unorganized, confirmed our discount was fine until she tried to apply it! ! Fraud charges are being filed! Hire a new manager! Manger very nasty and unprofessional! Walked up to the table with arms crossed in a confrontational manner as she approached the table! Then proceeded to talk down to us for not knowing the company policy and which items are considered discounted on the menu! read more

My wife and I were usually once a week patrons. Covid, etc. changed all that. Went to Milledgeville location for my Brother's birthday on Nov. 6, 2025. Logan (Server) was convivial and professional. But..The absolute worst 6 oz. ribeye I have EVER ordered anywhere. It reminded me of a breakfast "steak and eggs" order from a cheap restaurant. Greeter seemed "put out" by having to seat us. Not inclined to go back. read more

Enjoyed Dinner. My server is Brittany F. Service was great. Will return soon. The Hickory Salmon was delicious.

Had dinner last night and it was absolutely amazing! The manger Christine was walking around checking on tables making sure everything was good with peoples food. She also let us know we had gift cards we could use. read more

Food great. Hot and fresh. Just long wait. Customer service slow. Clean place. Drinks watery before get food.

This was our favorite spot for a delicious salad. Then I went to the Ladies Bathroom and it was the most DISGUSTING THING I'VE SEEN. NASTY THE TOILET BOWL HAD THE RED RING AND BLACK MOLD AROUND THE BASIN AREA. Then I started looking around and this place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! The Restaurant hadn't been cleaned In a while and if it's that filthy makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like? To say the least my husband and I are not going back!! MADE me SICK TO MY STOMACH TO KNOW IVE BEEN EATING THERE! GROSS. Health Department needs to check it out! read more

Bartender was also waiting tables so she got overwhelmed and our service was terrible. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The salad bar is the best around, and the food I've ordered has always been hot and fresh.

Salad bar was amazing and super clean ..Bree is excellent at what she does and deserves a raise I would love to come back and get it again

This restaurant is way past its prime. It is dirty inside the dining room which makes me think the kitchen is dirty as well. The tables are covered with worn vinyl tablecloths and the seating is dirty. The server's black clothing had food stains that made her look unkept as well. Our food took a very long time, and wasn't brought or mentioned by anyone until I asked the server to check on it. She brought my daughter's meal which she was nearly finished eating before the other meal was brought out. That was actually fine because the food was so bad that neither of us even finished. My recommendation on this restaurant is to avoid it and make a different choice, there are other decent food options in this area. read more

Great service and food/drinks today . Abigail is great!! Enjoyed our lunch with margaritas and salad bar.

Ordered doordash about 40 minutes before they closed so i knew it probably wasn't going to be A+ quality food but it looks like they scraped what was left and put it in a bowl for me. I ordered the Kabob chicken bowl and what they gave me wouldn't even fill up a toddler. It's advertised as a good sized meal and it was not that (it was also 13$). I also ordered the baked potatoe and everything on it except the potatoe tasted great. The potato itself tasted old and stale so that wasn't great either I also asked for extra bacon and there was maybe 7 pieces total. I called and asked about the portions and the lady who answered the phone said everything was pre-portioned. If this is what they're gonna be serving i'll be surprised if they stay open. read more

Paid $14 for a to-go salad just for them to be out of half the stuff on the salad bar. Waited a good 15 minutes and had to leave without half the stuff I wanted on my salad. read more

Great time at ruby Tuesday. Brittany was amazing. She was attentive and so sweet. Really knows how to make the guests experience positive no matter what. Food came out exactly how we ordered even with all our modifications we made. She made sure the cooks knew what we wanted and didn't want and made it happen. If Brittany is there is would 100% ask for her. read more

Absolutely perfect!!!!!!!! Thank you Ruby Tuesday for GREAT food and service!!!!!! Excellent job!!!!!

The service was soooooo slow!! The salad bar was a MESS!! I never saw anything refilled or cleaned up while we were there. The menus were a sticky mess. It took a long time to get our water and then we had to ask for refills twice. Also had to wait for the check. The spinach and artichoke dip was good. There seem to be plenty of workers as we could hear them laughing in the back. They weren't busy- maybe 3 other tables so im not sure why we were neglected. read more

Food was gross. The service was even worse. It's another Milledgeville location I wouldn't eat at again. The restaurant smells like an outhouse too. read more

Steak not done sent back and 15 minutes later plate bought back with all sides ice cold. My husband had started eating slowly waiting for mine to come back. When asked to speak to a manager the waitress yelled for them. She came out cancelled the ticket. Rude to say the least she handed us our drink bill and pulled food from the table. Never said anything or asked why. I am going to assume her name was laurie that is who the server called for. And the server still expected a tip. read more

Fantastic , Clean , Friendly, , food was awesome as always. We eat here at this location every Wednesday. However we changed it up to Friday this week. Ruby Tuesday is one of the better options for dining on the north side of Milledgeville; as Milledgeville as a whole doesn't have many options when it comes to dining other than fast food and the very few casual sit down restaurants on the north side. I visited this location of Ruby Tuesday this past weekend for the first time and pleasantly surprised by the great service I received and the quality of the food for price. I walked in and sat at the bar where I was greeted by two very nice bartenders. One of the bartenders took my drink; a Grey Goose with 3 olives, shake it up, you know I like it dirty. She filled the glass to the rim with that sweet sweet vodka, tossed the olives in with a little juice that after the kind of day I had had tasted like sugasweet nectar! After getting my drink order she proceeded to get my meal order and told me that it came with their salad bar. Sometimes the idea of a salad bar scare me, but when I walked over to the salad bar I was pleased that it looked very clean and that it had everything on it to make a great salad. After getting back to the bar with my salad I noticed that the bartender had brought out some garlic cheese biscuits for me. The salad and biscuits were wonderful. Shortly after the steak and potato I ordered arrived. The steak was cooked perfectly, med rare with a cool pink center; just the way I like it. Overall this was a great dining experience for the Ville and I'll certainly be back again for more. Good food, but most importantly Great Service! read more

As a lacto-ovo-pescatarian, I'm simply not fond of traditional American-style chow feeds. That being stated, I DO love their peach sangria: which made a lovely alternative to lunch!! I was also impressed they serve brunch til 3pm (maybe that's only on the weekend?) Unfortunately the wait staff here was preoccupied with cleaning and prepping for the lunch crowd to give us much mind, but with a few flares and a bull horn we finally got some service. read more

Sunday after church crowd. Lots of big groups. Absolutely the best service anyone could expect. Two young men, Caleb & Cam, brothers, are exceptional. Never seen waiters hustle like they do. Such a great menu. Something for everyone. Garden salad bar is fresh & so many choices. Treated a GC graduate in the music education master's program for her achievement. RT was her immediate choice. Both of us had steak, cooked perfectly, delicious. We took extra time to visit while our waiter kept our glasses filled & checked on us frequently. So glad we chose to go to our Ruby Tuesday. You must go there soon. Excellent choice. read more

Honestly they NEVER answer the phone so I never even have a chance to move forward and place an order and this has been on several occasions where the phone just keeps ringing off the hook...very disappointing especially when looking forward to it...I've been in the city 6 months and have yet to go to the restaurant because they refuse to answer the phone! shame because ruby Tuesday is usually a favorite! read more

We've been eating here a while and this was by far the worst service we've ever had. We waited 23 mins before I had to walk and find a server to get our drink orders. An hour later 2 of the 3 plates we ordered arrived. The servers didn't even apologize for the wait. read more
