Never had visited a Ruby Tuesday before, because I'm a longtime vegetarian and figured there wouldn't be much for me. But while traveling, I found myself next door to one, so finally visited. Sat at the bar, where I was well received by the friendly bartender. And I happened to sit next to a longtime patron who is apparently a regular at the place and provided lovely company. I enjoyed my meal of broccoli and cheddar soup and salad bar, which was fresh and well tended. Then my companion informed me that the meal was on her, because I'd never been there before. I must say, it made quite an impression that a chain restaurant would create that sense of community. Thanks to all for a lovely evening, especially generous Mika, who treated me, but the fact that she has such a close connection with the place says a lot about the establishment. Kudos to all the staff who are doing such a great job. read more

The last time we were here they had to shut down for an electrical fire, so our hopes were not too high. That was a good thing. We arrived at just before 8pm, apparently bartender shift change. The frumpy bartender going off shift was too busy counting tips to bother to wipe her bar down or remove the remnants of the previous guests meal when we sat down, and the new guy coming on was too far in the weeds to bother, so I gave it a once over with a wet towel from the bathroom to keep from becoming permanently adhered to the bar. The new bartender had enough memory for one drink, sometimes. Confirmations of orders and reminders of missed items quickly became routine. The basic drinks were passable, but if there was lime in the margarita it was literally one drop. The drink tasted like sugar water an dishwashing liquid, and this was their 'upgraded' version with quervo. Worst margarita I have had since Jimmy Buffet's place in Key West. We ordered queso, the chips were stale. The salad bar was sad, with half the items down to remnants, the tomatoes obviously canned, and the blue cheese dressing a strange yellow color on top (no worries, they just stir that yellow bit back in). Ranch is apparently the dressing of choice here. A dinner salad was served without dressing, so we just used the stuff off the salad bar. A few minutes later a waitress came buy with a little ramekin of dressing and looked surprised at what we'd done, but no comment was made. We cut our losses and skipped dessert. If you are looking for a couple quick beers, this is a good choice, for anything else, keep looking. read more

Ruby Tuesday - American Near Me - Fayetteville, North Carolina

Very disappointing experience. Expected better from Ruby Tuesday's. The waitress Keisha was really nice. There was 4 of us. The order was taken pretty quick after we sat. But it took atleast 30 mins for the first 2 plates to come out. We waited for another 20+ mins for the rest of the food. Eventually I went up to the bar and asked if we can just cancel the rest of the order. We just wanted to leave. They weren't that busy. Keisha apologized, she said the kitchen was slow. Clearly lack management and organization. So after about 10 mins of me asking to cancel the rest of the order, the last 2 plates came out. It looks like something they just threw together. We didn't even feel like eating. A whole plate of pasta and there was may be a table spoon of sauce in it. We asked for the check ask she game us the food. Ate a little only because we were so hungry. Another 15 mins go by. Still no check. Keisha got stuck taking an order for a large table. So again we walked up to the bar for our check. She was finally able to come give me the machine to pay. The manager ( I think) had a hoodie on and just waiting around the kitchen area. She could have easily helped us or her employee, but clearly was not interested. We just paid and left. Went to the Bojangles across the street and ordered food and ate. That was so much better than the crap we were served at place. I usually don't leave a review like this unless it was that bad. THIS WAS THAT BAD. Bathroom smelled horrible, and no lock on the door. I really hope they make some changes soon. read more

Truly bad high-calorie &fat junk food. Most of the dishes are prepared and reheated in plastic bags, including the vegetables. The water wasn't OK , it smelled of sulfur, ever hear about filters & water treatment. My request for healthy options seemed to create an issue for the kitchen. Never eating there again even in a food desert. I can get by with a couple of oranges & bottled water. read more

Melody working the bar tonight was awesome. She was very attentive but not overbearing. I asked to slow my entree down so I could enjoy the salad bar. She waited until I was half done with my salad to put my order in. That was excellent. My whole meal was enjoyable, it was a very good dining experience. I would suggest that anyone in Fayetteville or traveling through, stop by the Cedar Creek Ruby Tuesdays. read more

Most of the seating is blocked off, causing long waits. The restaurant is filling a lot of carry out orders which seems to consume much of the staff and causing slow service. Considering the numerous hotels close by they appear to be under staffed. I selected the one thing on the menu that I thought they could not mess up, the shrimp and sausage pasta. The shrimp were very well prepared but the sausage was done to petrification. Each was cooked separate from each other and the pasta so there was no mixing of flavor, making the whole dish very bland. Liking it spicy, I asked for some red pepper, of which there was none in the place. Drink pours were light. Staff seemed to be well trained but overwhelmed. Housekeeping was not what I would expect (see the attached photo). In checking out, they had those new hand held credit card machines, which I love, but their wifi was not up to the task, requiring a bit of a work-around, read more

Ordered several meals and we were missing one. When we called to let Ruby Tuesday know, the person who answered was extremely rude, didn't try to remedy the situation, and hung up. All we wanted to do was place another order for our missing item. Horrible customer service. read more

Let me start off by saying that the bartender is great! He works his butt off. We stopped in last week mid-road trip and ate. The food was good. We had drinks but they were running low on everything. This week we stopped on our way back (both Sunday nights) again the bar tender was great and worked his butt off but the alcohol was not re- stocked and had even less. Not sure how long this place will stay opened if you run out of alcohol you have to wonder how fresh the food is . Only reason I get to four is because the bartender works really hard! read more

I'm giving them 5 stars because while they are severely understaffed, those that were working last night were working their behinds off making sure patrons were served in a timely manner. In today's climate, with businesses struggling with staff, these guys rocked it! There were only 2 of us so we sat at the bar and were greeted quickly. The bartender/our server was amazing as she multitasked to ensure smooth service all around. And they were doing all of this while still filling numerous to go orders. read more

We got here an hour before closing so it was a skeleton staff. Everyone was very nice and attentive. We did not have any problems with long waits for food or service as has been stated in previous reviews. RaShon was very sweet and responsive to what we needed. Food was hot and fresh. read more

The hot food was fresh and hot and AMAZING!!! The salad bar was AWFUL! Nothing on the bar was fresh and the croutons were just the bread cubes hadn't even need baked/fried like usual. We sat at the bar and the service was HORRIBLE! Our server wasn't busy but NO ONE employed there was in a hurry and certainly wasn't going to help each other out. I was a server for 20+ years and was also a bartender/server at Ruby Tuesday's...so disappointed in our service!!! read more

Seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I mean awful. I never got my drink. Ate my entire salad. Finally went to the bar to ask someone if I could have the drink I ordered bc my waitress never came back. She stared at me for the entire ten minutes I stood at the bar while the manager also stood there and made drinks for another table. Finally this girl that was doing the most and probably needed to be the one managing the establishment in the first place helped me. I've been here now for over an hour and I still don't have my food. It's a burger by the way. It's not that busy. Just don't ever go here. This was a huge disappointment bc I love getting salad bars from here.. like someone from corporate needs to help this place out or just close the doors. Seriously. Would ask for a refund but there's literally not even anyone to ask. Like it's that bad. I considered walking out and not paying, no one would notice but I don't want to be dishonest obviously. This is a train wreck. Stay away everyone.ok update.. I never got my food. Since it was an hour and a half later, and they forgot to put it in, they didn't even decide it was necessary to make it lol. Like mind blown right now. Not mad at the server, honestly it's poor management and ownership. read more

We were greeted and served timely and with care. Everyone was smiling and our server was polite and professional. We started our dinner with spring rolls. They were more like mini egg rolls and very overdone. They were served hot and that's a plus in our book. Dinner for me was a bacon cheeseburger and a salad bar as my side. The iceberg and time in lettuce bowls were empty. There were 2 bowls of mixed greens available. There were your typical ingredients to complete the salad as well as a variety of dressings. My husband had the avocado chicken sandwich with a side of French fries. His sandwich looked and tested good and was served hot. The single, mini avacado slice was not enough to justify ordering it. read more

Best ruby Tuesday I have been to! Went here for dinner after arriving at our hotel. It was right down the street. Our waitress was so nice and the manager made sure to stop by our table when the food came out to make sure everything was up to par. Boy it was! I got the double decker chicken that had 2 pieces of juicy chicken breast bacon asiago cheese and a creamy sauce. I got sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes as my sides. Fries were so good I wish I had more. Mashed potatoes were the whipped kind, not my favorite but still delicious. I added the salad bar to my meal and so glad I did! Everything was so fresh. Different types of lettuce including kale! Every topping you could think of. Different cheeses soy beans mushrooms corn roasted broccoli bacon cranberries and more! There was fresh fruit like grapes and apples and mandarin oranges. Many different kinds of dressings. Honey mustard and French are my go to's and were delish! There is also cold pasta options too. I didn't know what I wAnted so I got everything. Im a skinny fatty. Let's just say I had a midnight meal because I had plenty of leftovers. I needed to save room for the pumpkin cheesecake which my mom and I shared. Yumm! My mom got the chicken fresco and my dad got the ribs which he said were very tender and delicious. My mom was very pleased with her meal. She said it was the right amount of food for her since it was a smaller portion. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Food did not take long at all, I was still eating my salad bar plate when the food arrived. No complaints here! read more

Went to this restaurant because it was close to hotel and we were tired. That was our first mistake!! The waitress that took our takeout order was fine. As we paid for our order I watched the cook in the kitchen cleaning the grill top. It was when we got back to hotel and opened our burgers that we saw half the grease from grill included on the end of a burger!! Lost my appetite!! read more

Great salad bar. I liked our service too, from the greeting to the seating. Food was good. Not fine dining, but was good and salad bar had a lot of healthy choices. read more

We will start with the beer promotion. For $1 more, you can get a larger size. For another dollar , an even larger size, ( sounds good!!). It's not, the waiter didn't know the size in ounces nor the price of the regular size beer. $4.50 , for 12 ounces ( to much for that place). Btw no bud or after moving to a Sam Adam's, none of that either. My father had that beer from Penn. That I can't spell. Not a good start. Cheese burger was good, my father's Swiss burger came with one slice of American. He sent it back, it came to the table one minute later with Swiss. Wonder how that happened. Cheese cake with strawberries next, it was eaten but very forgettable. My advice go elsewhere!!!!! read more

Sent it back and got another well done. Thought the service might suck sense I paid before I got my food and gave a tip ahead. My second order was also serve on a to go plastic plate, WTF. The bar tender got the manager after I told her it's cool I'll just eat it. The manager came out and offered another stake but I told her they'll just fuck it up but thanks anyway. After paying $45 I should have made them get it right but I been up for 18hrs already and freaking hungry. read more

This Ruby Tuesday is one of the few sit down restaurants off the busy Exit 49 on I-95. This stop is known as the half-way point between New York/NJ and Orlando, FL, so there are many tourists that stop at this location. Of the Ruby Tuesday's I have been to, this location is top notch. Service is fantastic (love the southern hospitality), and the food was excellent. Salad bar was fresh, and the bar made some delicious drinks. I wouldn't often give a Ruby Tuesday a 5-star review, but I honestly think this location deserves it. read more

Well...as usual, I'm not a fan of chains, but will go if I must with a co-worker, but I thought I would compare this location to others. Pretty standard food and service, it is close to I95, so I guess that could be a plus for travelers. The salad bar needed desperate attention, but other than that it was OK. read more

Ruby Tuesday - American Near Me - Fayetteville, North Carolina

Normal Ruby's looks older and you can tell made for ft 95 traffic. Busted up high chairs. Bring a coat frigging cold in the place. No changing table in men's room. Normal Ruby Tuesday, but it has seen better days I would imagine. This was our stop for lunch with the kids while driving to Myrtle Beach. It's right off Interstate 95 and you can tell its been around for awhile. Food was like any other RT, nothing to complain about. Got what we were expecting. Bring a frigging coat though, cause they keep it might chilling in there. We had to go back out to the car and get jackets and a blanket for our little one. We asked them to turn up the heat, but it never happened. No Changing Table in the Men's room.. which is good, so wifey can go change the baby! =) Just joking hun! None of the high chairs had working clips to buckle the baby in. We went through 3 chairs before I just rigged something. read more

Horrible experience here. It seems like from start to finish that my process was just a very bad experience. My order was messed up several times and nothing was done. I will never eat here again. As soon as I get to the table the waitress throws the straws on the table like I'm a dog or something. Very rude. Then I don't get my food with the others, she forgets it and then brings it out cold. Then they forget to bring my sides. Then when they do it's like 5 little pieces of broccoli. I'm disappointed with this place. I've never delt mess like this before. I would go into details but I'm too upset right now and I don't want to hurt the business. But this is ridiculous. The only good thing I had was the salmon. Then when I approach the manager about everything, he just blows me off. I understand loyalty to your employees but, wow, none to your customers? This place should. E shut down and everyone fired. Doesn't deserve to even be open from for business. E- read more

Ruby Tuesday - Really? - American Near Me - Fayetteville, North Carolina

For fast food, the food was above average. Wait time (Sunday night) was minimal. The hickory salmon was wonderful! A bit spicy- but I like that. That is not to say "outstanding", but I recommend. Nearby, Subway and Waffle House rated 4+ stars. I don't get that?. I find the average rating of Ruby Tuesdays to be suspect or the raters to be unaware of descent food. read more

Horrible service! They had at least 15 tables available, but wouldn't seat customers because they were short on servers. The manager was rude to customers and seen rolling his eyes at several customers! The waitress was scattered and forgot silverware and drinks. Would not recommend! read more

Not too shabby for a chain. Ordered take out so I can't be a real judge of this place's character. The food is 3.5 stars since the veggies tasted like they were completely cooked in olive oil and then dipped in it before it was put in my box. Would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for that. And the prices for sides. $4? Really? For a chain? But best option on this exit off I-95. read more

We were surprised at the crowds here for a roadstop place, but were seated right away and enjoyed the experience. We were attracted to this place because of the 95 billboards advertising FREE GARDEN SALAD BAR all over the highway. Actually, the lowest price for the salad bar was $2.99 - still a good deal, but not free. However, we were both very pleased with the salad bar. You are allowed to go back for more, and they had a variety of different lettuces, including spinach leaves (healthy!) mushrooms, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, eggs, and blue cheese crumbles among other things. I had two plates and it was very delicious. I personally was not as excited about the menu. I was really in the mood for pasta, but every single pasta listed had parmesan cheese associated with it, usually in the form of a parmesan cream sauce. I am not the biggest fan of parmesan cheese. I got the chicken and broccoli pasta anyway, hoping the parmesan cream sauce would be light on the parmesan and I sprinkled a hefty amount of pepper on it. Sadly, that did not work. Even if I had liked the sauce, there was WAY too much of it on there and it was gloppy consistency and saturated the food. The broccoli in particular did not taste good biting into the "bush" part and having it explode with gloppy sauce. I ended up not really eating the broccoli and trying to wipe the sauce off the pasta on the side of my plate. Boyfriend had a better experience with his sirloin steak and fries and was completely satisfied. Last but not least, we really liked our waitress. She was really friendly and efficient and good with checking up on us throughout the meal and refilling our water. So I had a bad meal here, but that was partly my fault because I had an uncontrollable urge for pasta and bought it despite the presence of a detestable ingredient. I could have gotten the mozzerella sticks or a burger or something. In the end, while I still think they should diversify their pasta menu, I think Ruby Tuesday deserves 4 stars for the great salad bar, friendly service, and reasonable prices. read more

After 10 hours of working, Chenika,a a waitress in the Fayetteville location , was such a pleasure. We had just driven down from New York that day. This was actually my first time to a Ruby Tuesday and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you for the wonderful experience! read more

This is not my typical place to eat, because I have food allergies so I'm vegan. But it was the best option available. Well, it ended up being a WONDERFUL meal and my server was fantastic! I ordered a bunch of veggie side dishes, which were all excellent. AND I asked if I could have a side of mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, which is not on the menu. No problem! A great end to a long day on the road. Ruby Tuesday's is my go-to road trip place now! read more

I generally do not eat in chain restaurants, usually low quality food carelessly prepared with untrained servers. My trip here was mandated by a road trip and this was my only option. Friends on the road are here 1/2 hour before us and we're given the check while eating and asked for payment. Very very classy NOT. Service too good maybe??? Our waitress though lovely was incredibly intrusive asking us every 3 to 4 minutes if we liked the food. We were then asked in the middle of the meal what we would like to order for dessert , and seemed incredulous when we told her that we were sti eating and would let her know AFTER WE FINISHED. Bottom line average food and poorly executed service. Staff training people. Get on it immeduately read more

Got stuck in the wrong section.... My waiter is so slow and non attentive to empty drink glasses including water. Not only have I been waiting for my food for over an hour now (115 min) I'm about dehydrated waiting from lack of water and drink. We should have sat in a different section or skipped this place. Other staff were friendly but my waiter lacked any personality at all. Id say it was this was his first day but I've seen waiters on their first day do a much better job at customer service. read more

Don't waste your time or money at this Ruby Tuesday's. After driving 10 hours straight, we ordered curbside pickup to eat back in our hotel room. We pulled up for curbside pickup at the allotted time. We waited & waited. I had to go inside to the bar where my food was. I waited there for 10 min while employees talked by the bar. Got back to the hotel. No napkins or plastic utensils in the bag. Hello! It's a takeout order! My son's bacon cheeseburger was ordered plain. It had everything under the sun on it. My chicken quesadilla was cut in such a way as everything fell out of the quesadilla with each bite I took. Again, no napkins! To top it off, the restaurant inside was filthy during a pandemic! Very disappointed! read more

I understand this is a chain restaurant but this location was horrible. I didn't have high expectations going in but I didn't think it would be this bad. The bartenders were decent except when she decided to douse herself in perfume which was overwhelming. I ordered the rack of ribs. They tasted like they were cooked a week ago and just kept warm. I order them with the Nashville Hot sauce. They just poured some disgusting looking sauce on top and called it day. The food made me sick later that night. Stay away! read more

This was not our first time at this Ruby Tuesday, but the first where I felt the service was noteworthy. We normally eat at the bar and tonight was no different. The second bartender was also attentive, though I do not know her name. read more

I am giving 3 stars because the waitress and hostess were amazing and the food was decent. We usually go to Ruby Tuesday's on Owen, but because we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday, we decided to go here. Everything was ok until he took a sip of his ice tea and discovered a dead fly. When brought to the attention of the hostess she said we'd get a discount. We deserve 25% because that was just gross she said. The manager eventually brought us the check, no mention or apology for the fly in the drink and upon opening the check, the only discount we received was a comp ice tea..... $2.74 DONT BREAK THE BANK RUBY TUESDAYS. Needless to say, I will not return to this location and believe, working year in customer service, this manager needs to learn how to be a manager with public relations and customer retention. read more
