Food was mediocre. Wife has casadeas, guacamole was more brown than green, salsa was old and had an off taste. I had catfish which was good, shrimp was fried too death. While there Saw one employee picking up things with a gloved hand then tend the salad bar without regloving then another employee started cleaning the sneeze guards right over the salad station. I debated long and hard about leaving this review. I have been at odds about it since April 29th 2025. I just couldnt not say anything. I come here with my mom every week and a couple of family members on Sundays after church. We are regulars from the Cedar Creek area. I have to say service and management was ridicuously horrible on the above date. Not only did we have to seat ourselves while the host ran around playing on the job, we also waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to acknowledge us being there. A server name Lasheika walked past our table and asked had we been helped. We told her no explained what happen and she immediately apologized told us it wasnt her section but she would be more than happy to take our order. She then took our order put it in then walked around to check on other guest throughtout the restaurant to see if they had been helped. We watch her take several orders that wasnt in her section while others walked pass tables and ignored customers. We spent a total of an hour and fifteen minutes just watching as customers complained asked for management and also customers getting up leaving or turning around at the door because no host was in sight. Lasheika even went as far as making sure to apologize to guests that werent her guest. I asked a server for every name of each server and the manager on duty. When management did come out at one point it was to help a group of guys cash out because a server was having trouble. One of the guys made a comment and management laughed and said haaa i make them bow down to me cause im like that then did a little dance move. That was very unprofessional telling one server she got it like that. At no time is it okay for management to act in an uprofessional manner or allow servers to be rude or not acknowledge guests. No one was aware of whom i was however i did tell Lashieka and she did apologize on behalf of Ruby Tuesday even though there wasnt much she could do and also asked did we want to see management but it was a hard no cause at that point i was disgusted with the whole experience. I will be writing an article on my experience and i will no longer bring Ruby Tuesday in Cedar Creek buisness from myself family or church. The manager should not be a manager at all cause she acts unprofessional and acts as if she doesnt care. Ruby Tuesday will lose alot of buisness if it doesnt change. I run a buisness of my own so seeing a buisness being ran like that upset me greatly. Big kudos to the server Lashieka who tried her best with not only us but other guests. read more

Everyone was very nice but Kitchen was slow motion and lacked quality. I ordered to go Ribeye with loaded mashed and a side Stuffed Mushrooms. They were warm at best and we only went from restaurant to Holiday Inn next door. Steak was thin and blah, and Mushrooms while they smell good presentation is awful. read more

The broccoli cheddar soup was hot, lots of broccoli and was topped with a generous amount of shredded cheddar that melted right away. The server, Dasia, was prompt, quick to smile, welcoming and willing to find answers to my unique questions. Solid performance all around. We got in off the road. Honestly limited choices in this immediate area. Wife and I were very pleased with our food and service. I had the Chicken Parm. I specifically asked the wonderful server named Mel F. Beautiful young lady who promised it was made fresh in the restaurant. It sure was a very delicious offering. No complaints and huge portion. Terrible experience!!! We were there 8/5/2022, Servers not tending to patrons, on their phones, dancing around. Food sitting in the window longer than it should. Although the food was good, the staff blatantly on their phones while patrons waited for drinks and food, is unacceptable. No team work with this staff whatsoever. We were driving from Pompano Beach, Fl back to New York and lunchtime rolled around. We saw this Ruby Tuesday and my wife said pull in. I'm not about to argue with her, I never win. Just a side note, most of the Ruby Tuesday, if not all of them have closed up near us on Long Island. We are seated right away but first thing I notice is that the table top is cruddy. I order some kind of shrimp dish and my wife just wants the salad bar. Salad Bar? I'm sure she'll be sick by tomorrow morning. Salad bars should be outlawed by the federal government as a health hazard. My shrimp meal was not good. Seemed like old shrimp and let me tell you when it comes to shrimp I'm an expert. That's right an expert. Well we have a long drive home and I just want to get going. I ask for the check, and give my credit card. We have to wait about ten minutes to get my card back with the bill. Ariana waitress kept us waiting for a very long time. Food was okay but service was awful. Ordered a water and she forgot. Took close to 15 minutes to get a Bill and pay. The carpeted floor is dirty and has an nasty appearance to it. There was another waitress with an orange leopard face mask, black female with large gold loop earrings was a snob when we walked in and didn't even say hello after we said hello to her. I'm so grateful for my server Cherika for catching my fish or I may have never eaten tonight, just Kidd I had a Very good meal tonight and it was mainly due to the great spirit of the staff. As a constant traveler I always remember that I can't expect all restaurants to be on their "A" game on a Sunday night 1 hour before closing so I did give this restaurant some slack but only some. Just Wow. Sad little sign outside with half the lights out should have been an indication but brave that I am... no hostess to greet us we considered the bar but not enough chairs. Finally we were approached and seated at a dirty little booth dressed as if it were clean with 1 set of flatware -but I could see soda rings on the table and asked her to clean it. She washed it and hubby "stole" a set of flatware from another table. When our server finally appeared he took a drink order. When he finally (that means we waited a bit) returned with drinks I made sure we put our order in right away, as I could see where this was going. I tasted my drink while hubby placed his order. My "vodka soda" was made with tonic. So I sent it right back. Now I noticed the bartender was quite a ball of fire.. (lol) and our waiter was literally waiting for her to make our drinks the first time. We sat there for several minutes while hubby pondered the dirty ductwork and I watched my wrong drink sit on the bar while our "speedy" bartender fiddled on the register. After several more minutes the hubby said "there must be more restaurants here somewhere " I looked on my phone.. for maybe another 10 minutes.. while my returned drink just sat there.. found a place on my phone and we dropped $10 on the table for the beer and left. The rude employee came to our table to tell her she shouldn't have seated us because it was after 9:30 and she shooed her away professionally and continued to make us feel welcomed!! If you are going to patronize a mid-level chain these folks are a solid choice. Just remember to manage your expectations. You're not going to be eating gourmet cuisine. Leave your foodie hat at home. I've visited these folks all over the country and this location was typical. I sat at the bar and my domestic beer was icy cold and served by a decent bartender. CUSTOMER SERVICE was no problem. I generally like the salad bar at a Ruby's and this one was well stocked and fresh. If you are ordering a meal you can substitute it for a side and I highly recommend it. I almost never order a steak at this kind of chain but a Cajun Ribeye ($20) was on the menu and I can't resist those wonderful spices! I was pleasantly surprised. My steak was cooked to order, juicy, and nice and spicy. It was a little tough but not enough to complain about. Of course the fries were frozen-from-a-bag but they were hot and crispy. Basically nothing but a typical, ordinary Ruby Tuesday. The food is OK, has a better than average salad bar, but the service or what little table service I experienced was inattentive and subpar even for a Ruby Tuesday. From what I observed, the wait staff was generally goofing off, spending more time joking and cavorting around with one another than heeding customer needs. As it is located in an area actually on the outskirts of Fayetteville but surrounded by various barless hotels it attracts a good bar crowd with the bar itself being somewhat of a sports bar setup with plenty of easy viewing flat screen televisions. The drinks served are nothing special and the glasses used generally inappropriate to the drinks being served. Indeed my margarita came in a glass identical to my water glass. However, since the place is definitely clean and the prime rib I had rather good, better than I would have expected at a Ruby Tuesday, I'm going to say it's OK and go Three Stars on it. read more

This was my first time at this location, and years it has been since I been to a Ruby Tuesday. But, I was excited for something different. The server I had was great, answered all the questions I had and she really knew her stuff. I ordered the salad bar, which was endless, nice variety of options, was clean and well kept and stocked. The appetizer I ordered was Shrimp Fondue, it was okay not something i would order again. My chips the first round was cold and chewy (could tell they were sitting out all day), but I let my server know and she brought fresh hot chips to my table. Overall the service minus the server was terrible. The kitchen was backed up, waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer, almost hour and half for our food. If it wasn't for the salad bar I would have been SUPER angry! The food came out, it was okay nothing to Bragg about. The prices on the menu are in reason not to pricey, options are there on the menu. But overall, it was okay nothing to rave about typical chain restaurant. read more

I wasn't expecting much based on the prior reviews, and once I got there, I could see signs of some of the things patrons cited. But I was quickly and pleasantly greeted and seated, and my drink order was taken quickly, too. The drink (a tasty Moscow Mule) was delivered a bit late, but with a sincere apology. My bacon cheeseburger and fries arrived very soon after. This was the highlight of the experience. The burger was straightforward, but very hot and surprisingly fresh-tasting. The quantity of fries LOOKED small, but they were hot, crispy, and delicious. I was able to eat everything without feeling overfull. My Mom and I were in Fayetteville for a wedding and got stranded due to weather (our flight was canceled), so we ended up getting a hotel and we desperately needed food, so it was this place or Cracker Barrel; I chose Ruby Tuesday....big mistake. The food was terrible; I got the California pasta primavera, thinking how could you screw up pasta and veggies....oh but they did. Everything about it was hard as a rock, it was like a TV dinner that had been microwaved 10x longer than needed. The broccoli was so hard I couldn't bite through it and had the worse bitter taste ever. So I decided to just get a side of fries because I was starving. They were way over fired and SO salty I could barely stand it.So needless to say, I didn't eat that night. My drink however was delicious! I got the cucumber cooler and it was the freshest thing I'd had in days. My mom also liked her salad buffet, which is pretty standard setup of lettuce and all the fixings you could ever want. Never had visited a Ruby Tuesday before, because I'm a longtime vegetarian and figured there wouldn't be much for me. But while traveling, I found myself next door to one, so finally visited. Sat at the bar, where I was well received by the friendly bartender. And I happened to sit next to a longtime patron who is apparently a regular at the place and provided lovely company. I enjoyed my meal of broccoli and cheddar soup and salad bar, which was fresh and well tended. Then my companion informed me that the meal was on her, because I'd never been there before. I must say, it made quite an impression that a chain restaurant would create that sense of community. Thanks to all for a lovely evening, especially generous Mika, who treated me, but the fact that she has such a close connection with the place says a lot about the establishment. Truly bad high-calorie &fat junk food. Most of the dishes are prepared and reheated in plastic bags, including the vegetables. The water wasn't OK , it smelled of sulfur, ever hear about filters & water treatment. My request for healthy options seemed to create an issue for the kitchen. Finally went to the bar to ask someone if I could have the drink I ordered bc my waitress never came back. This Ruby Tuesday is one of the few non-fast food options on exit 49 off of I-95. With as many hotels as they have in that area, you would think there would be more choices than RT, Shoney's and Cracker Barrel. Anyway . . . I got off of work early on a Friday night and went to Ruby Tuesday. They were fairly busy. I was seated immediately and had Julie as my server, a most pleasant and hard working person. Ordered a ribeye steak with cheesy mashed potatoes, brown rice pilaf, and the salad bar. Steak was cooked to my liking. Little surprised that Heinz 57 wasn't a steak sauce option. Love the cheesy mashed potatoes. First time I had tried the brown rice pilaf and found it to be a good choice. read more
