As she started to shape them, she decided to redo my whole set because she genuinely cared about how they looked and wanted me to leave happy. Michelle is such a perfectionist in the best way, her attention to detail and patience were incredible. She made sure I loved my nails every step of the way. Her staff was also so kind, helpful, and you could tell they all truly care about their work and their customers. The salon closed at 7, but they stayed over an hour and a half late just to make sure my nails were perfect. They also did an amazing job on my mom's and sister's nails. You can really feel the compassion and pride they put into what they do. I left with beautiful nails and such a grateful heart. Michelle said they had different kinds of gels, and when I asked about the prices, she told me **hard gel was $70** and **builder gel was $110**. I chose the $70 option since it was within my budget. They started our nails around 6:05 PM and finished quickly before closing at 7 PM. Both Kim and Michelle did an **amazing, phenomenal job** our nails look beautiful and professionally done. However, I was completely surprised at checkout. I had gotten hard gel with a cat-eye color, and my total came out to **$120**. I've never paid that much for a manicure before, even my Russian manicures cost less! While I understand some services can add to the price, this total felt unexpected and not clearly communicated upfront.
