I called the Friday before Valentine's Day for delivery because I was not sure if my parents were heading up to their house in Great Barrington for the weekend. They had no problem taking the order last minute. Well of course, the weather wasn't the great and my parents decided to stay in the city. I called the florist and told them that my parents weren't going up after all and that they could just leave the flowers and I would try to get a family friend to pick them up. They were so sweet and concerned that the flowers would not hold up. I told them to cancel the order and charge me for the flowers as I would not expect them to lose money because of my families change in plans. Well i received a phone call and it seems they felt so bad that they are only charging me for their cost and giving me a credit. So, to be honest, I don't know how the flowers are, but based on the customer experience, I would certainly order from them again.

I knew I had to visit after lunch. They had a lot of plants half off as you walked in so I grabbed a couple of them. They have a lot of different varieties and choices of plants. They also offer everything from baskets to fake trees and animals. I love the waterfall as you walk in. I could hear it. There is an upstairs with a lots of great stuff. They even have a place you can sit. The owner was very nice. She talked to my son while I looked upstairs. She even gave him a flower to give to me. They close at 3:00 and I didn't know that and it was 3:30 when we left. I look forward to going back and looking around longer.
