I called the Friday before Valentine's Day for delivery because I was not sure if my parents were heading up to their house in Great Barrington for the weekend. They had no problem taking the order last minute. Well of course, the weather wasn't the great and my parents decided to stay in the city. I called the florist and told them that my parents weren't going up after all and that they could just leave the flowers and I would try to get a family friend to pick them up. They were so sweet and concerned that the flowers would not hold up. I told them to cancel the order and charge me for the flowers as I would not expect them to lose money because of my families change in plans. Well i received a phone call and it seems they felt so bad that they are only charging me for their cost and giving me a credit. So, to be honest, I don't know how the flowers are, but based on the customer experience, I would certainly order from them again.

To impress me, a florist shop needs to exhibit creativity and display unique flowers & plants. All of which, Chatham Flowers going for them. we discussed what I was looking for, the price point, if a vase was to be included or not, and they went to work creating a beautiful bouquet with exactly the flowers I was hoping would be in the arrangement. The final arrangement was stunning, packed for travel and for presentation. I could not be happier with the final product. I did also buy a small bird to be nestled in the arrangement as well as a stunning heart for our fireplace mantle at home. That's my personal choice. They had also changed their website which Google doesn't show so they had to help me to the new one. I'm sorry if that's my fault that as a business you haven't updated. I placed the new owner on a brief hold and I overheard her tell her assistant that I was a "nightmare." I asked her if she just said what she said and bc I caught her off-guard she says: "uh yes, I said you were a difficult client."
