I had asked the guy at the counter if a mask was required since it was in Larimer county. He snapped at me "they don't do any good!" Very angrily he then said "if you believe in that than you can just stay out of here!". I then lowered my mask and repeated that I was just asking since Larimer county required masks and I hadn't been in a wy business yet and didn't know the local policy. He then snapped very angrily again " if you believe in that, than you can just stay out of here! ". I was shocked at his rudeness, his political behavior and anger directed at me, only for asking what the wy policy was regarding masks. I will never step foot in there again and would recommend you don't either of you want to be treated respectfully. I've never experienced such rudeness from a business completely unwarranted. I'm still shocked at the situation!!!!!!!

Once we did, everything was great on site. Total came out to just over five dollars for a part that would've been $25 new. Definitely got our money and everything worked out perfectly. Thank you so much for a pleasant exchange!

Check their price list on their website before going, and then make sure that you understand what…read moreyou are paying for. I pulled some coils off of a Mitsubishi engine for a repair I was doing. Price list said coils were $4.00 and $10.00 for coil over plug (COP) style. (To me, COP style has the coil connected to the down wire to the spark plug, if there is a disconnecting wire between the coil and the spark plug, it isn't COP) New Coils for the engine I'm working on are $12.00 from Rock Auto. I thought I was going to get three used coils for $12.00, instead I got three used coils for $30.00. If I knew that the $10.00 coil applied to all modern engine coils, I would have ordered new ones for $40.00 including the shipping. Also, no return on electrical components. Some items are good prices for salvage parts, others aren't, buyer beware. Also, be wary of the tall skinny guy that works behind the counter. I left my wallet in there once and came back 30 minutes later when I realized I was missing it, the wallet was drained of all cash. I believe the owner is genuinely a good person, the people working for him are suspect. I'm glad this place is there, as they offer value for the tight budget and for those looking to recondition their vehicles, but if you aren't careful they will rob you. Needless to say, my trust and faith in this place is pretty low.
