So I went ahead and purchased the software at around 2 pm Friday used it over the weekend and decided it DID NOT do some of the basic things we needed, and tried to cancel at 10 am Monday, not even 24 business hrs from order time and they will not give a refund. After working with the software over the weekend we decided it was not for us, would not do some of the basic stuff that is needed in the estimating section of the software. According to their tech support, there is no way to automatically apply profit margin???? this is a deal breaker for us we are a remodeling design-build firm and each of our projects is totally different. They are refusing to refund our money. It has cost them nothing to deal with us. We didn't do any training even. I watch all of the training videos they have from 2017, screens don't even look the same. Plus, good for them I guess, I hate the 3 ad spaces with the revolving ads they have sold. I was never told about that. There are a few other things that would not work for US, not saying it does work for someone else. It is not a replacement for Co-Construct like I was led to believe. If they would have had a 30 day free trial, like most every other program out there, all of this would have been seen during that time and we would have gone on to something else without having to pay for it. They push you to pay the upfront fees and 1srt month fees before you can even really see if it will work for what your needs are. It's hard to tell in an online demo, which did not work very well, sales guy had to stop and ask others basic questions through the demo, plus he was having problems with the demo. You have to build your own templates for most everything, unless you are a roofing contractor, change orders, estimates and so on, or you can pay them $75/hr to build them for you, what the heck, not the open the box and go I was led to believe. Sale person said they would call me right back when I talked to him this morning, I have not heard back. Was supposed to have a training this morning but decided not to waste their time, or mine. Seam like all they really wanted was my $550.00. Stay far away from these guys.
