They sent me emails of the job description AFTER the phone calls where BEFORE is more acceptable. Furthermore their emails never provided information on how to opt out of future contact. Consider them as bad as telemarketers. I wouldn't work with them even if they had a job I was interested in. When asked to be removed from future correspondence, Syed Aijaz, Resource Manager, responded with "Your resume is on Monster.com." Implying, "no, we won' t stop harassing you".
