I thought it was high, but he was my first bid. We told him we have a few other bids set up. After hearing that he said he could drop the price about $1,500 if he could get the bid today. Reminded me of a time share presentation. was told they match bids, which was mentioned the first time. I can't comment on quality or value, because we didn't accept their bid. We got a couple bids that came in $3,000 less. You will be pressured with this company, but I would certainly recommend you to do your due diligence and get a few other bids. I uploaded a video of the issue, and they got back to me quickly, explaining that we shouldn't open the door anymore for safety and to avoid damaging the opener (which I learned would be more costly). We got lucky and were able to get a same-day appointment. Josh was the technician and did a great job explaining everything. He replaced the spring and completed a maintenance check in under an hour. He also pointed out that our garage has myQ technology, which I didn't even realize that we can control it through the app.While it was a significant investment, it was well worth it.
