We have a perfect front deck that looks just as good as its original install even though it has been three years. My husband had very specific requirements (even a little unusual) and Raul did everything way better than we even imagined. if you need a fence or deck, you can't go wrong with Raul!

Finn, the stallion that runs this company, gave us a great bid and was very upfront about all the potential issues that come up when installing a fence. He should have charged me for all the advice! Finn runs a modest operation that offers the best value to the client. His bid was clear by separating the materials and labor. He quickly responded to any questions we had about our potential project. Once we hired him, he worked incredibly hard to install over 300 ft of cedar fence. He also installed two gates and one double gate which was reinforced with reused steel from our old chain link fence which, Finn dig out by hand so it could be repurposed. Finn checked in with us at the end of each day to go over the progress of the project. He was flexible with any potential changes we requested. The finished project is beautiful and exactly met all our needs. I am writing this review 4 months after the work was completed and the fence is in perfect shape. I pray that our future home projects are as wonderful as our experience was with Finn and Essential Worx.

We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing!!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team, Josh and Kevin, did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job, always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite every day. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned up the area. We worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodeling on our last home, and we did not have good experiences with either company. We were very nervous about having to go through another bad experience. We were so pleasantly surprised that Steller Construction turned out to be a great decision! We agreed to share the expense of our section of the fence and called Fenceman in. Not only did they do a great job on the estimate, but because we were only paying for the 1/3 of the fence that we share, Fenceman broke the estimate down to our part alone. And they did the same with the neighbors on the other side. The workers arrived on time to demo the old fence, which wasn't hard because it was falling down. I had been patching with boards to cover the dog damage and support the rotted fence posts for several years. They worked quick, were very friendly and then set the new metal posts! No more rotted fence posts! A few days later they returned to complete the job after the cement had fully set on the metal posts. Again, they worked quickly, obviously took pride in their work because you could see and hear them making sure everything was perfect. There are several fence companies in Vancouver, but if you ask me, Fenceman is the best deal in town.

Everything was done to the highest quality, and I was provided with multiple photos of the work during and after completion. After completion, I offered to pay more somewhat as a "tip" since their level of service deserved it, but they wouldn't have it. While I expect my roof to last for decades, I would love to find additional roofing projects in the future for the company. I hope that I can provide them additional work by reference at the very least - they deserve to be one of the more successful contractors around.
