I looked them up on Google, I tried to call this store everyday for 2 weeks. No one picked up the phone. So I searched them through Facebook. I finally got through to what I believed was the owner. In short she was rude! Due to the coronavirus they are not open normal hours. So on multiple occasions I attempted to pick my items up, but they were not open. I finally had the chance to get to the store at a time that I was not at work and they work finally open. There was some form of miscommunication. And I believe because I didn't pick my items up in time I was given a partial refund on my items by wish. Partial! The woman proceeded to tell me that the items had been returned. And because they had been put in the return bucket, she decided to keep the items for herself. Yes you're reading that correctly. She kept the items for her self! Apparently the items had been refunded on the 19th of December. I arrived at her store when she was finally open on the 21st of December. I had a very blank expression. I didn't know what to say. So I said whatever. She exploded, told me you can have your items delivered to your house! I said I will. The woman then said get out of my store!! I said I am. The woman then said don't you ever come back in here don't ever come back in here again! I said I won't. She Then followed me out the door ranting. I was in the parking lot on my phone trying to pull up My Wish app for a resolution to my issue. She continued to rant next to my car. I had to roll up my windows. The icing on the experience with this business owner was the middle finger she proudly raised as I pulled out of the parking lot. I don't recommend you waste your time going to the store. All of this bad behavior because I said whatever. Honestly I didn't know what else to say. What do you say when somebody tells you they're keeping your items?

What a big disappointment at Big Lots today! The cat food shelves here are empty. I came here today…read moremainly to purchase one item. I'm out of a common brand of bagged cat food.It's Purina Cat Chow Gentle. It's the only dry cat food that she can tolerate. Tiger ( my cat ) wandered up to my house about five years ago. The vet said she was about two weeks old. Tiger was severely dehydrated; malnourished, and had three kinds of worms! Our vet did not know if she would survive! She promised me that she would do everything in her power to help this baby but it's going to depend on her will to live! She did recover and grow into beautiful cat! The problem is that all of her early distress caused her to have a sensitive stomach! She can only tolerate the Purina. The shelf space for cat food was so wiped out! I also wanted to buy some cat litter. The reasonably priced stuff was gone! All that was left was the super expensive stuff so I passed! Big Lots; pet owners depend on you to supply us with reasonable priced needs that we can afford! You bombard my phone almost daily with promised advertisements: I go to your store and you have nothing! I'm one disappointed customer!

It's not meant to be derogatory but as a compliment! The shoe section is huge! And I do mean huge! I went here today in the hopes of finding a really nice pair. To my dismay; I couldn't find what I was looking for. Back in the day it was very common to locate a pair or two or more of the Bostonian brand. Not any more! As a matter of fact I purchased a pair back in the late 1970's. It was my first introduction to Bostonian; and I loved them!I think they were 25.00 dollars at the time. Back then there was also a couple of department store's on Main Street in Gaffney. They sold Bostonian shoes for 100.00 a pair! That was a lot of money then!When Walmart came here; Main Street shutdown rapidly! No department stores or anything related survived. Guess what? Bargain Shoes survived; but they had to relocate away from Walmart! I was a bit disappointed in my trip here today as I didn't recognize any brand names in the shoes. They all seemed generic. I still would have bought a pair but nothing felt good on my feet! As you can see in my pictures Bargain Shoes stocks a little bit of every kind of clothing! I remembered how much I liked Brim's popcorn. So I loaded up! The store manager was a funny and nice man. He asked me if there's a run on popcorn. I laughed and said yes there is! Truthfully this is the only Brim's product that is decent to eat. I don't like their potato chips at all. At 1.25 per. bag; you can't beat it ; especially the white cheese flavor. I recommend this one particular item! My beloved South Carolina Gamecocks play Alabama tomorrow. I hope I don't get choked on all that popcorn! This game could get one sided quickly!

All items are heavily discounted. I told my wife I needed a new pair of Sketchers. I don't know what came over her but she ended up buying me five pairs! Pardon the pun but I'm used to the shoe being on the other foot! As a husband and father I'm used to following them around various retail stores. Usually pushing the shopping cart for them. They would purchase several hundred dollars worth of things. I used to panic until I realized that in two days or so they would change their minds and return half of the stuff!
