My wife ordered a rack of ribs. Again, a GIGANTIC amount of food. There was at least 4-5 Pounds of ribs. (I weighed the leftovers-3.2 pounds. They also came with a salad and a side. First off the place was empty and secondly none of the food looked inviting. The only reason I picked this place was based on the good reviews but I should have looked at the worst reviews first. This was just plain garbage and an insult to anyone believing they are selling authentic BBQ. The St Louis style ribs were dry and uneatable. The sandwich was very ordinary and the bun was dry with only a very faint taste of smoke in the meat. The bbq sauce is ok but again ordinary. Most places you would be offered a side with a sandwich not a stale mini bag of chips. The beans were cold but not too bad as far as taste is concerned. The meal without a drink was $ 15 and not worth it and if I am ever in Quartzsite again I will try other options.
