She was an excellent masseuse and was sure to ask how her pressure was and if I was comfortable. After the relaxing 90 minutes, she gave me a warm towel to wipe off any lotion if desired. Once out of the room, she again offered me water. It was an easy checkout and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

this is the only place around that will genuinely fix your phone for a fair price instead of trying…read moreto scam and upsell like everywhere else does. if i could rate a million stars i would. not only did the man working this morning fix my phone after i was told elsewhere to just buy a new phone, but he fixed my phone's charging problems for less money and in less time than he estimated me at drop off. it feels so validating that the employee here treated me like a human being with a problem to fix rather than an opportunity to upsell; he educated me about potential problems with the repair i needed and laid out various options and their prices in case i needed a screen replacement due to existing damage. turns out i didn't need a screen replacement because he replaced the charging port with enough care to not cause any further damage than what was already there. we got the call that the phone was ready around an hour-ish sooner than expected and his care in handling the screen saved me hundreds of dollars. i am so glad i came here and left having paid just over $200 to honest people rather than buying a new $1500 phone like the other places wanted me to think i needed. i will only ever go here for any future phone repairs as there is nowhere else with such genuine honesty and care for their customers. when the screen replacement becomes inevitable i will definitely be returning here and enjoying my time offline during the repair knowing my phone will be in good hands.

Please don't come here because they might fix your concern, but they're going to create another problem for you in exchange.

I also thought the service was a good value for the level of work they provided. What I especially appreciated was that they worked with me to find a solution when my plans changed. At one point, I was considering storing my belongings at their warehouse for less than a week. Rather than simply taking the additional business, they told me it did not make sense to move everything from the original location into warehouse storage for such a short period because it would unnecessarily increase my costs. That advice was one of the reasons I ultimately decided to use PODS instead. My moving needs did change at the last minute, which made the overall move more expensive than I had originally planned, but that was because of the changing logistics, not because they were trying to increase the price. I really appreciated that they were focused on helping me find the most practical and cost-effective solution. I would absolutely recommend them.

So I paid DOUBLE what I was expecting, which was already more than what was quoted cause I was adding a little buffer, but ended up tipping a whole additional person because I'm not a jerk. The guys were nice but inefficient. Kept saying this is what you get with a higher quality mover, but it was not even a better experience. They were wasteful with the amount of packing supplies they used, never presented or communicated the prices of the materials they were using, which I was told was included anyway but also others I never approved or asked for. Just popped it on me in the end. Oh and then they say "we are going to adjust your time by 15 min you'll see a refund on your card" and two and a half weeks later still waiting for it to even show pending at least. But you better believe the charge was instant. I was debating sharing my feedback but was so mad I finally emailed the company. But no one had even dignified me with not even an automated response, just silence. So I come here to do something I pretty much never do. But that's how annoyed I am. Sorry but would rather recommend. Cheap Movers, way better. I used last move were a thousand times better and a QUARTER of the price. I'm not even cheap but I hate being taken for a fool, and it turned out to be just that. That's what I get what I get for using hourly movers for the first time, never again. This meant we'd know who was in our home every day, plus we didn't have to worry about a minor delay having a domino effect on project schedules like what can happen when you're dealing with multiple subs. Pete, Jamie & Auggie are genuinely nice people who seem to enjoy what they do. Pete was very responsive to emails & questions from the initial scoping phase through to completion. He presented options that were aligned with our goals for both style and price point, with no pressure to upsell us. Jamie pays good attention to detail and we were especially pleased with the tile work he did for our backsplash. He also endured my multiple questions with patience and good humor. There were also thoughtful added touches like when Auggie was painting our kitchen ceiling and took it upon himself to touch up some spots in a few others rooms as a bonus. There were some small unpredictable hiccups as does happen with any major project, and the guys were immediately responsive and kept us updated on next steps. This is a local family business doing very good quality work. When it's time for our bathroom remodel, I'll be sure to give Pete a call.

Fields Family Eye care was the closest optometrist so I went straight there for help. Not only were they THE friendliest business I've had the pleasure to have visited...they put new nose pads on, cleaned the glasses & tightened all the micro-screws too. We visited a bit and there was NO charge. I asked them what they wanted for Christmas and was on my way in just a few short moments.
