I called his business at 4 PM at first I only got to submit a request and I left a message on their phone. I called back five minutes later and got a real person. I explain my situation with my garage door. The receptionist told me that within one hour A technician would be sent to my location. It was raining lightning and thunder going on. Within 20 minutes a technician I believe his name was Mike was knocking on my door. Mike told me that he could not work in the rain at the moment but that he standby if it would calm down. II explain to him I would leave it up to him if he wanted to standby or they could come back tomorrow. The rain finally calmed down and Mike knocked on my door and told me he would get started. Two hours later Mike was knocking back on my door explaining he had accomplished his work. I thought I had only a broken a bolt but come to find out that a spring Ihad actually been broken and had to be replaced. Mike replace the spring and turn up the entire garage door fixture. He remove the broken parts and cleaned up the work area. Mike was very professional nice and accommodating I thought the service was outstanding considering the weather consideration and the speed that they had accommodated me. I highly recommend this company for anyone else if they have a garage door issues

And the work they quoted me in was super affordable. Thank you On Track Doors!!

The tech took my garage door springs off and would not leave until we paid for a repair. The price…read morefor repair started out at over a thousand dollars then magically went down to just over 400 bucks. My wife asked him to leave several times before the repair was made so we could get a second estimate and he would not leave. He told me that the garage door will not be able to shut even manually unless he did the repair. After complaining to upper management, the manager said the reason why the price dropped so dramatically is because they removed a warranty, which means they are charging customers for a warranty instead of standing behind their work. This company has a lot to learn about customer service. The experience my wife and I had with this company was just awful. I would not recommend to anyone.
