We ordered Heather Charcoal T-shirts and Heather Charcoal Hoodies for staff, students and parents. (Pictures included in this review to display what was ordered vs what was delivered.) After several design samples, our students made suggestions on changing the design provided by Reviation. We had our students come up with the suggestion of the font as well. Our Art teacher provided the design that is now on the front of the shirts AND hoodies. A check for the deposit was written so that Reviation could get started on our order (something they requested and that I haven't had to do with another company). Our initial concern with Reviation was when order was not delivered when promised. Reviation delivered half of our order several days late, blaming the issue on the supplier. When our order finally arrived, we only received our T-Shirts. We had to wait several more days for the hoodies. When we were informed that our hoodies would be delivered, our school went ahead and wrote out the check for the remaining balance (due on delivery). Upon opening the boxes, we immediately noticed that our hoodies were anOLIVE GREEN color, not the heather charcoal (again, see the pictures included). When we called Reviation, we were immediately given the cold shoulder, informing us that that's what we ordered and they couldn't do anything about it. We continued to fight our case and Reviation came to pick up one of our hoodies to take back to their office and investigate. We were later informed by Karen(sales rep) that Reviation AGREED with us and that there was a color issue and that it had been a supplier issue. According to Reviation, the supplier TSC Apparel had made a huge mistake and orders for Heather Charcoal had been filled with Olive green. They continued to tell us that TSC would be pulling the Heather Charcoal color as an option on their website and replacing it with the Olive Green until the issue was sorted out. They insisted that this was a nationwide recall and that Reviation was not the only shop affected. I made quick call to TSC and I could not find anyone to confirm that story. The supplier had no idea what I was talking about. This raised a red flag on our end, and this is where we experienced a major distrust. After continuous back and for emails and calls, Reviation offered our school a different product, a product that we did not want or ordered. Request for refund: Since we didn't receive the product as promised, we asked for a refund. We didn't feel a refund would be an unreasonable request. We paid for a product that we DID NOT receive. Reviation continued to express that it wasn't their fault and that it was the supplier TSC who made the mistake. But why should I as the customer have to hear about inner conflicts a company has with their supplier? On many occasion we asked for a refund for the amount that we paid for our hoodies only to be told NO. Any reputable company would have issued a refund. Instead, Reviation tried to shove a different product down our throat. WHY SHOULD WE BE FORCED TO PAY $3500+ FOR A PRODUCT WE DIDN'T WANT OR ORDER? Why should WE as the customer, a local public school, have to eat the cost of whatever mistake someone else made. After another request for a refund, Ross Hunter CEO oF Reviation replied to me with "I can not lose the money on the product as it was a manufacturer error not a printing error". So who eats the cost?? Our school of course!!!! Our school, our students and our community gets the short end of the stick. The last communication we had with Reviation was through an email stating that the supplier states that they color delivered to us the Charcoal color and therefor Reviation is relieving themselves on any responsibility or wrongdoing. The fact of the matter is that we CLEARLY have over 150 hoodies that are Olive Green! If Starbucks customer service was like Reviation's: Picture this with me.... I place a Starbucks order on my app for a Caramel Frap. I pay for my drink. I arrive to pick it up ,it's a Mocha Frap. I say, no thanks, I want the Caramel Frap I ordered originally. Sorry ma'm Starbucks is currently not serving Caramel Fraps, you have to take the Mocha because it kinda tastes and looks like your original order. I don't want the Mocha Frap, it's not what I ordered. Can I just have a refund? No you can't have a refund because I don't want to take the loss for the drink I already made you. My supplier will only give me a credit if I make you one of in another flavor. I don't want what you are giving me because it's not what I was promised and it's not what I want or ordered, why are you trying to get me to pick something I don't want? Can you just give me a refund? (Response comes after 4 days)Oh Hi, ma'm thanks for waiting, we were informed by our supplier that the Mocha Frap IS actually the Caramel Frap, even if it just doesn't taste like it or look like it. So therefore we don't have to replace your order or give you a refund. read more

Our school decided to try Reviation because they were local and made an impression with their sales pitch. Very disappointed with this company and the lack of customer service. I was part of a group that consisted of teachers and students who ordered shirts and hoodies to represent our school. We ordered Charcoal gray and received Olive Green. After communicating back and forth, Reviation and their supplier denied any fault. Bottom line, we lost our money and have the wrong color that is not even close to our school colors. I feel that they did a disservice to our students and community. Do not recommend them at all. There are other companies that do not hand you empty promises and know how to treat their customers. I have been going to Reviation for the last 4 years and they have done an amazing job with my business shirts but after this last experience with them I will NEVER go back. I have ordered over 1,000 shirts from them which were "Tultex Polyester" my last order I recently placed was 400 shirts but they were all COTTON which I have NEVER ordered from them before! I went back to tell them that my shirts were wrong and David told me there is nothing they can do for me. He wanted me to pay for the shirts, if he was going to "redo them", he also said it was my "fault" because I didn't know what certain numbers meant when I placed my order. I have always went through Ross the CEO but from what I was told he is not longer apart of the business.I have tried to reach Ross as well but he has not returned my call, text or emails. I have appreciated my business with this company and for them to act as if I haven't been a loyal customer is something that is NOT right because I work hard to pay for these shirts and people LOVE them! read more
