My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

We didn't know a lot about materials but Anthony and his team were excellent from start to finish. I recommend this company because they were highly professional and since the first appointment when they came to measure and give me the quote, Anthony communicated clearly how the whole process was going to be. My biggest concern was the installation because I have a neighbour who got her windows installed but didn't do it with the best company, she chose price over quality and she paid the price for it having to do double the work later on. But with Sivan Windows and doors I felt relief once I saw the final result because the installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. After they finished they made sure the space was exactly how they found it. I must say I feel very happy with my new windows and door, they not only make the house look better but increased also its value when we decide to sale the house later on in the future. Definitely recommend this company if your looking for someone who's gonna give you both great customer service and quality work.

I've seen several window demonstrations where they put the heating lamp over the window to show how much energy and money you would be saving. That information is good to know, but after so many times, it can be a bit overwhelming. Then I contacted Gabe. He told me upfront... "I'm not a salesman, I purchase the windows and install them." That was the best news I've ever heard. My goal was looking for energy efficient windows, a professional installation at a reasonable price. Gabe came to my home, measured my windows and gave me a quote. He told me about the a company that would be the best value for my buck... but he did give me an option of purchasing the actual windows with a more expensive company. Gabe quotes where on the lower end of the quotes I received, however, that is not the sole reason why I choose him to do my windows. Gabe was so easy to work with and he was extremely responsive every time I called or texted him. He knew this was a big purchase for me, so he took his time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I gave him my vision and he provided his recommendation. He was just not a window installer, he was trusted advisor. I know nothing about windows and Gabe worked for a window company for years so he has a lot of experience. I am so happy I decided to go with Gabe's Windows & Doors. He gave me a timeline of when to expect the windows. He also provided me the timeframe of when the installation would be complete. I had a total of 19 windows and 2 sliding doors which were installed in 3 days. He told me what to expect and everything went according to schedule, just how he explained it to me. His team was very efficient and professional. They left my home neat and clean after the job was done. I am so grateful for Gabe and his team to work on my window project. My windows came out awesome. It has been a few weeks now and I can feel the difference with the temperature in my home. It's much, much cooler during the heat wave. I've noticed a difference in my electricity bill. Also, I live on a busy street, I can barely hear the cars passing by. I would truly recommend using Gabe's windows and doors. I absolutely love my new windows and sliding doors.
