He helped us find an amazing home and his service and advice went way beyond the work of a typical real state agent. My family and I moved to the Seattle area recently. Tolin was recommended to us by a relative. We started looking for a home before our move, and Tolin accommodated very well to our schedules. He asked very good questions from the beginning and he listened carefully for location characteristics, type of neighborhoods, and home features that were very important to us. He patiently did several tours with me, and re-did tours with me and my wife when we requested it. We highly appreciate his patience and methodical approach. Because he worked in construction and remodeling earlier in his career, he was able to identify very quickly when houses we visited had any major problems (e.g. foundation, aging roofing, structural problems, outdated utilities and other). That was extremely helpful because we were able to concentrate our time on good houses only. Finally, his experience with construction and remodeling was also very helpful to draft estimates for possible remodeling upgrades. We deeply thank Tolin for that. It really helped us make the most of our budget. We will be in our great home for several years, but when we need an agent in the area, we want to work with Tolin again for sure!

We scheduled an appointment with Brian immediately after moving, but were exploring the area the weekend before our appointment and stumbled upon a house we loved that had hit the market that day. Brian arranged for us to look at it right away and helped us write a rock solid offer when we fell in love with it. He obviously has tremendous knowledge and made multiple suggestions as we were writing up the offer - he provided great education on the different options we had to strengthen our offer, but did not pressure us at all when it came to making the decisions. There were multiple offers, but thanks to all the recommendations Brian made that helped us make a very strong offer with some unique perks, our offer was accepted! Throughout the process, we NEVER had to reach out to Brian for an update. He was constantly in communication with us, even when everything was in place and it was essentially the "waiting period, " he still touched base with us periodically and asked if we had any questions. He was amazing at facilitating the process and keeping us on track, without making us feel overwhelmed. This was not our first home purchase, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this experience was actually not stressful at all. We were very relaxed during the process because we had complete confidence that Brian was keeping tabs on everything and would let us know if there was anything we needed to know about. All in all, we could not be happier. We are in LOVE with our new home and the ease of the purchase process was icing on the cake. We will DEFINITELY work with Brian again in the future! We've already recommended Brian to my parents and we will highly recommend him anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell real estate. Thank you, Brian!!

What we really appreciated was that, unlike other realtors, they didn't pressure us to go over our budget or try to talk us into homes that we didn't love. In fact, they helped keep us grounded when we looked at a few fixer uppers, and helped us really think through the costs associated with updating it. They were extremely fast in writing up offers, which is necessary in this market, as many of the homes we looked at were off the market within a week. I can't stress enough the importance of photos when trying to sell your home, and Jim and Denise know this. The photos they took were amazing!
