He and his team member made it look super-easy as they loaded all the stuff into their trucks. Importantly, as they were cleaning up he said specifically to his team member: "Make sure it looks like we were never here." And indeed, when they left the space looked at least as clean as when they showed up. And aside from all these details - he's just a great guy, with a good sense of humor and so easy to talk to.
