911 Junk has been exactly what my family and I needed. The customer service was great from the beginning and all staff (both over the phone and the 2 man crew who arrived at our home) were such kind individuals! Chris and Farid called us 30min before their arrival to give us a heads up and they did a fantastic job helping us clear out our garage. Chris and Farid were also very patient and respectful dealing with my elderly grandmother who is a very anxious individual and very particular on what she did and did not wanted to let go of. The pricing for a full truck load was very reasonable. Compared to all of the other quotes I got for much smaller trucks, 911 Junk definitely beat out all of the competition. They went above and beyond to help us and I am already planning to call them again. Highly recommend!! read more

I had to reschedule junk hauling after a first company gave me a walkthrough estimate and then walked off the job less than halfway through. It was frustrating and humiliating to an extreme. Totally different, lovely visit with this company. Quick, polite, friendly, professional, non-judgmental. I had George and Joey specifically come out to my appointment and if I have the need for this service again I would ask for them. I made an appointment with this company easily using the website and received confirmation and reminders over text and phone (all good, standard but important). I had to push back the appointment by a day and that took all of 5 friendly minutes on the phone, awesome. The driver called me when they were estimated 30-40 minutes away, about 30 minutes into the time window I scheduled. George and Joey were right on time, walked through with the estimate in less than 5 minutes, and finished well before the window was over. They clarified items as we went and asked if there were additional things they could grab once they finished the areas I laid out in the estimate. Maybe not the business you think of when you think of customer service, but it's crucial when you do need haulers and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone in the area. read more

911 Junk CA - My before picture... - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Great service! On time, friendly, professional, and very efficient! I recommend them highly!

Great experience with 911 junk. I made the appointment online, lots of dates and times to choose from. The crew was running a little ahead of schedule and they called me to confirm it was ok for them to arrive early which I appreciated so we could move vehicles out of the driveway. When the crew arrived they went over everything I needed hauled out of the garage and gave me the price, which matched what was listed online. I had more than one truckload so they made 2 trips and gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take for them to go unload and return. I will definitely use this company again for my next spring cleanup. read more

911 Junk helped us out immensely. They were professional, timely, and worked very hard to break up a patio of ours. From start to finish, the job was completed with the upmost professionalism. When the job took longer than expected due to unforeseen additional concrete, they stuck to their original quote and came back another day to finish. After they broke up the concrete patio, they meticulously sifted through the area to ensure no pieces were left. We'll be calling them again for any of our junk-removal needs. read more

I called a few places and Tony was very nice and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. When I asked if it was ok that the workers wear masks he was very accommodating. George and James showed up on time and did an amazing job removing things in our backyard. They were both very nice and friendly went above and beyond.
