Zac is awesome! Do not hesitate to book. I took a gamble and went with him (at the time he only had…read moreone 5 star review). He was responsive, he quoted me fairly and he sounded extremely knowledgeable. On the day of my appointment he alerted me to ETA, he arrived within scheduled time frame and he was respectful of my property. He was very tidy with his work area, cleaning up completely once finished. He even removed the bulk trash and took it with him to dispose of. He did a jumbo job: paint touch up on an accent wall (to clean up someone else's work who I had hired in the past, not affiliated with Zac), installed some towel holder knobs, hung some paintings including a large 87 x 65" one. He also mounted my TV including hiding the wires. And helped me to connect my DVD player to another mounted TV. Zac is awesome. Do not hesitate to book him! Wish I found him sooner.

It's clear he has great attention to detail as the new fence blends seamlessly with the old and, once he was done, he cleaned up his work area and left my yard spotless. Zac and Affordable Solution Services is the way to go if you're looking for professional work done at an affordable price.
