There was a whole empty parking lot right next to the building, and empty areas at the back of the lot. But they parked directly out of the front door of the one business that had customers coming and going. Leaving customers to have to park further away. Why would anyone find it acceptable to block another business from serving it's customers?? We complained to the owner of the business about it, and they said they'd reach out to the landlord to speak with them.
