Good service but the billing department is the problem…read more After she checked with my insurance company I was told that I would be covered by insurance except for $250 per visit. Which I had to pay at the time of service. After the second visit I was hit with another bill for $450. I was told that the insurance company rejected the claim. The insurance company said the dentist was out of network and would not be paid. This should have been made clear from the first call but I was assured that this service would be covered at 80%. I called and agreed to payments and actually sent the full amount within a month of the bill. 1 week later I received a notice from a collection agency. The letters had crossed in the mail and everything was paid but I refuse to use any service provider that sends me to collection due to a misunderstanding between them and an insurance company.
