Spent $2500 plus a $900 reward on filler in a few different areas in November 2024. After my bruising went away I noticed large bags, wrinkles, & weird texture that I never had before. Later on I also noticed discoloration that is still there because it was not injected deep enough. I've had tear trough filler multiple other times from someone else & really liked it. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal. read more

If I could give Rosalee 50 stars I would. She is professional and well educated in her field. I started with Rosalee 6 years ago. I moved away and tried other injectors but no one matched Rosalee's skills. I missed her so much I decided she was worth the 8 hour round trip! Rosalee is not just extremely well educated in her profession she is able to see what will make you look better which is not just a medical education but years of experience and an eye for beauty. No two faces are the same and she knows that. When I ask about what will work for me she is always great at explaining procedures and is very honest, she also never over does any procedure. Her office environment and staff are both professional and warm, it's obvious the staff and Rosalee have great respect and care for each other. Another plus in this office is they always remember me and I am greeted warmly with every visit. Welcome to Montana and enjoy the freedom to enjoy Rosalee's dog who is a delightful one year old spaniel, I adore how he meets everyone who comes in the door!! I have a mixed review. 1) There is a dog there, which was off putting for a medical office but not nearly as the dog feces that were in a room! How dirty and simply disgusting! Not to mention she allowed it in the room when I got injections and it jumped on the chair where I was, but only after it was chewing equipment. 2) The injector did great work but her personality is less then pleasant, she was short and rude to her staff, acted callused and as if she were forced to be friendly. Which is an utter shame because those ladies were so sweet and kind, they made the visit great and made it able to oversee the other issues I had. They made me so comfortable and at ease, you could tell they cared and took the time to converse, very genuine. read more

When RS Aesthetics first opened, there was a wonderful gal that did my eyelashes. I looked forward to getting the fills. I always knew she would do a great job. Life got busy and a couple months passed where I wasn't able to maintain my lashes. I scheduled an appointment last week and there was a new gal there. I should've walked out. Instead I got the full set for $150 and two hours of my time. After going home and looking in the mirror the lashes were already falling out. They didn't go to the edges of my lash line. It was terrible! They were twisted and not a full set at all. They looked like I had gone about 3 weeks without a fill. A few days later, I was down to about 20 lashes on each lid. I don't recommend anyone going there, until they have proper training and different glue. It's not worth your money or your time. read more

Had my second visit today, first at the new location. Wow - it's truly a sophisticated space, much more so that other medspas in Montana. Rosalee is a great clinician - explains everything well, makes suggestions but not pushy, just the right balance.
