Later on I also noticed discoloration that is still there because it was not injected deep enough. I've had tear trough filler multiple other times from someone else & really liked it. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal.

I moved away and tried other injectors but no one matched Rosalee's skills. I missed her so much I decided she was worth the 8 hour round trip! Rosalee is not just extremely well educated in her profession she is able to see what will make you look better which is not just a medical education but years of experience and an eye for beauty. No two faces are the same and she knows that. When I ask about what will work for me she is always great at explaining procedures and is very honest, she also never over does any procedure. Her office environment and staff are both professional and warm, it's obvious the staff and Rosalee have great respect and care for each other. She was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, both the benefits and the possible downsides, and made me feel completely informed and at ease. As someone who struggles with pretty intense social anxiety, I was nervous going in, but Heather made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and talk me through the process without any pressure. I also asked her about lip filler, and instead of pushing a more expensive treatment, she suggested starting with a Botox lip flip to see if that would give me the look I'm hoping for. I really appreciated her honesty and thoughtful approach. The injections themselves were super quick and nearly painless, I was surprised at how easy it was! I'm so thankful I found this place. I went to Heather on a recommendation. The office was nice and Heather was pleasant. She had a…read morespecial running for first time clients for 10 per unit of BOTOX and a $40 off. I proceeded to tell her all of the places that I wanted to get BOTOX and she said that it would run me over $1000. As with any new injector that I use, I asked to only do the forehead and around the eye area. Which was $500. After two weeks I contacted her (she said she had contacted me to see if I needed a touch up but, I had no message) to let her know that my BOTOX was uneven and that she there were places that it did not take including my forehead and around my eyes. Mind you, I was very thorough when we met for the initial consultation on exactly what I wanted and the concerns that I had. After two weeks I was left with a dropping left eyebrow and the BOTOX in my forehead was clearly not enough. I have also gotten BOTOX for several years and know what a good injector is by the outcome of their work. I also know that with any new client things are different therefore, you build a trusting relationship especially when it comes to injecting in your face. Here are my issues: She does not use BOTOX, she uses another toxin. Botox is a what Allergan uses and it works on me while other toxins are not quite as effective therefore you need a lot more. She wanted to charge me for the touch up. Which now would be 14 dollars a unit. She said if I would spent her $1000 and let her do what she wanted then, my touch up would be free? So that tells me that she has not interest in building a relationship with a client. I have NEVER been charge for touch up as this is what injectors do after they have not injected either enough or two much in area to fix it. In my case a dropping left eye and not enough in my forehead or around my eye. She needs to be honest up front as the industry standard uses BOTOX by Allergan and she does not. She needs to let clients know that some touch ups are free and some are not before they make an appointment and waste their time. I would not go back to an injector that runs her practice like this. Seems just about the money and for a job that has left very unhappy with the results.
