My neighbor recently hired RRSC to mow their yard, and unfortunately the experience spilled over onto our property in the worst way. While cutting their side yard, the crew blew a significant amount of grass clippings directly into our flower beds. They did attempt to clean it up, but in the process they blew a large portion of our mulch out of the beds and into the lawn.
As a result, we are now left doing double the cleanup, removing grass from our landscaping and redistributing mulch back where it belongs. On top of that, the crew walked directly through our garden and across our paving stones without any regard for the space.
This shows a clear lack of attention to detail and respect for neighboring properties. As someone with past commercial mowing experience, I find this level of carelessness extremely unprofessional.
