While annoyed, I agreed, because I wanted to maintain the relationship since the work was guaranteed for two years. However, soon after the work was completed, I noticed an issue & called requesting they come to inspect & correct. They never showed up! A few months later I noticed a loose paver which I felt caused a tripping hazard. called again. This time I was more persistent & called many times. Again, all I received were promises but again they never showed for the repair. So much for a two-year guarantee. Totally useless if they just refuse to come. Both my issues were relatively small. I was able to get them repaired by other means. Just really felt that this company gave me a run-around and did not live up to their promises.

Rate was reasonable and the advice he gave me for proper maintenance and care was very useful ..Was thinking about having the fireplace sealed up so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore when the new tenant moves it but the chimney guy told me , it would be a shame to not have a fireplace especially during the winter time and a fireplace in a condo apt is rare and very cool , so fireplace stays put . Glad I called Mr chimney to give the fireplace a checkup . 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .

He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.
