.I purchased a Mazda 3 from RPMS Automotive. From the first day I test drove it I felt a problem and discussed it before any paperwork was signed. They reassured me that they would fix the problem the next day and when I drove it home the following day it appeared fine, yet the day I got home the problems once again arose. Robert ( who sold me the car, the owner of the dealership, and who I discussed all of the problems with) refrained from giving me some of the copies of the paperwork that I signed, and in my opinion intentionally misrepresented the condition of the car. Further, I believe that Robert was aware of the car's history and fully familiar with the condition at the time of the sale. A month after I purchased this car I got it fully serviced and inspected. What they found was a leaking head gasket, leaking hoses in the AC, the door handle previously broken but just barely hanging on, and mechanic tools in the transmission. I had two additional mechanics tell me the transmission was bad and to bring the car back to the dealership. At this point we had been in contact with Robert every week telling him of these problems and he said he would fix them. So I put my faith in him and drove back home to the shop where it took him 3 days to 'fix' the car. When I got the car back the problems were still there and I told him that. In my opinion, they tried to put a 'bandaid' on the car and tell me that it was fine and they fixed it. This car now has a slipping transmission and multiple problems that I suspect that RPMS Automotive failed to disclose and/misrepresent the problems. read more
