I arranged a car to take me from JFK to northern New Jersey. I was a bit apprehensive since the…read moretrip was on Christmas morning, but was told when I gave them my credit card info that I'd get an email reminder 24 hours beforehand. When I didn't receive that email, I checked and found that a request for my email address had gone to my spam folder. At this point it was an hour before takeoff and six hours before landing, so I sent them a message and left a voicemail with my flight info, name, etc. When we landed, I had the delayed confirmation email and there was a text from the driver checking that we'd just landed. Thank you for taking an experience that could have been a disaster and stepping up on Christmas morning.

Used RCS to pre-book early morning airport transport from Nyack to EWR. Pricing was decent and the…read morebooking website was easy and let me select the car, a Cadillac XTS, which was confirmed on my booking reservation. The driver showed up 5min late. Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

Two days before travel, they send a reminder. Drivers are courteous, friendly, and punctual (yes!). And of course, they're safe drivers. On this trip, Chris picked us up from JFK. He was at the passenger pick up less than a minute after confirming our location. So easy. Then on the way back, Phil called to let us know he had arrived. As he was 15 minutes early, he assured us that we should take our time. He removed all stress from traveling. We will continue to go with Elite SUV every time we come to New York.

When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I recently suggested Elite to a friend and she also had the same experience. Highly recommend.
