The guys who did the work came about 9:00 and in one single day stripped our roof and replaced it. Their clean up was amazing, they spent 1 1/2 hours in clean up. After the work was done I had a question about a cosmetic issue and Cameron came by himself and took care of the issue. They do what they say they will do!

The task of replacing our roof was (we thought) a daunting one. While we knew it was time, we were…read moreuncertain of what we were dealing with, in terms of damage or issues, from the start. Once we placed the call for a quote, Owner Kyle Redding and Restoration Consultant Service Specialist Asheton Welch were immediately scheduled. At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each. At the onset, we had initially wanted to get a few companies to come out to provide quotes... but our questions on cost and concerns were put to rest within the first 30 minutes of talking with Kyle and Asheton. We knew there wasn't another company that would take care of our home, better than if we did it ourselves. After the best replacement choice for our home's needs was made, their team was scheduled and the entire job (along with gutters installed) was completed within two days. Asheton came out when both the roof and gutters were being done, and stayed the entire time. She was beyond kind, answered our questions, and walked us through each step being performed, making certain we were comfortable all along the way. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire Allegiance team is attentive to the homeowners' needs and desires, highly knowledgeable in their field, as well as diligent in communication with not only their customers, but also in dealing with insurance companies. The entire process was effortless, leaving us immensely happy with our new roof. We highly recommend Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors as the most reliable and affordable roofing company for your roof replacement needs.

Has a minor problem didn't notice until a hard rain, I called Casey he put me on the schedule right away, and now he's coming out himself to make sure I'm good. Thank you and have already and would highly recommend them. Oh I almost forgot it they were very reasonable within my budget, not like the other company Leaf Filters who tried to charge me 11,000 with financing, and then, 8,000 and some change, then 6,000 and change, and then finally said 4,000 and some change, so if you can take off 3000 dollars, and then 5000 dollars, and then 7000 dollars all within 30 min, that tells me that they were trying to extort money out of me, just because what's in my yard and whats in my house, but then I called Casey and his team and they were more reasonable. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. TRANSPARENCY IN ROOFING…read more The faces of Whipple Roofing, LLC are Stan 'Stosh' Surey and Brian Gouty. The knowledge, experience, and integrity they and their GAF-certified crew bring lays to waste the adage that 'everyone experiences at least one bad roofer in their lifetime.' We no longer have to with Whipple Roofing. Stan is always (!) one text, email, or phone call away (which is more than I can say about my insurance company regarding my April 26 hail storm claim). I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. In the end, yours is an aesthetically and structurally superb roof covered by a consumer-oriented contract and warranty that I suspect is superior to this area. Also, as Stan says they aren't going anywhere (even my last roofer, Home Depot, has quietly folded their roofing division). I believe him and am thankful to the Lord they aren't.
