My gear is a year old. I don't go off road and my gear from rpg is messed up. Bushings are gone. I mean a year old. I asked if they have some kind of warranty on their gear. But no they don't. So 9 thousand dollars for gear that will need yo be replaced after a year isn't worth it. read more

Called and spoke with Corey about getting all the serviceable parts for my RPG BOLT kit for my Gen 1 Raptor. He was easy to deal with and got me everything I needed. When there was a question about the style of 2nd shock mount I had he simply requested a text picture to make sure what he was getting me was correct for the shock bolts. My parts show up FAST and accurate! Nice to have that happen these days when so many other companies don't care to get it right or care about your time. Totally recommend Corey and RPG! read more

I wouldn't give one star if I had the choice. Are these people so self inflated that they believe it's ok to run a business in a piss poor unprofessional manor??? Your parts aren't even that nice and the "Grade 8" hardware you claim to pedal is an absolute joke. Don't answer the phones EVER!!! I placed an order on 6/13/24. It is now 6/25/24 and I can't reach anyone, haven't received my order, no tracking number for the $60 ground shipping they make you take with zero other options.....oh yeah and for two items weighing in at far less than 1 pound. Unbelievable. Never had such a bad experience. No wonder online forums are giving these guys the boot!!! I am as well. Thankfully I only have two tie rods from this place but they are both coming off of my truck and getting replaced with something far better quality and meet their customers with professionalism. I bought a raptor and didn't know a whole lot about the plat form or anything that i should do to it or needed to do to it. The sales team over there was very helpful and able to answer all my questions above and beyond. After the conversation I ended up buying their long travel kit and rst18 set up so i can go through ocotillo with ease and out run some of my friends. I had a fast turnaround time and install was fairly simple with very little welding to do. I have done work on cars and stuff before but nothing with offroad trucks. This truck is so much fun. If you are looking for a long travel kit or anything for the raptors they can take care of you. read more

Ordered parts on May 12, they confirmed order.. Did not have parts on May 21, called them and Casey said he would contact his source and get back to me. No Word. I called Casey on 5/22 since he never got back to me. He started some story about the source back ordered....I simply said cancel it! Reordered from large aftermarket source, had it in two days, no ship charges compared to Casey's $28.00 ship charge. At least if he had called me or emailed me a status I would be more understanding..Nope..So he gets a 1 star for not taking my order seriously enough to close the loop. Good mail order houses will do that at least. read more
