Advised me her cleaners were here too- they were there in the office with us the entire time washing windows etc. wow a major red flag. Asking us for our social security numbers and other private info with them sitting a desk next to hers. She then proceeded to ask us all the tax info . At end I asked her how I accessed the return so I could review and send. Said she already filed it!! No review no authorization to file etc. . Husband and Inwalk away worried and very unhappy. Next day call her as to part of the return she emailed me was missing. Said she would check and send. The following day Called and spoke To My husband and told him there was another fee for the software etc of $600owed!! We were never informed of this and had already paid her $200. We then get an email that the it's form had been accepted with the $600 fee coming out of the return. Also informed us she had made a mistake and instead of owing we now had a refund coming. Crazy experience. Never go here!!!!
