I used their service for a limo that I used for a YouTube video that I filmed. Ken and Wendy went above and beyond. Not only was the limo absolutely amazing, but their service was too. They were even willing to help me film certain scenes in my video and did much more than they really needed to for a client. I am actually blown away. They are very professional, on time, and they go the extra mile. Plus they are super cool! The limo itself that they provided was absolutely stunning. It was the longest biggest limo I had ever seen. My son and I loved being driven around in it and playing with all the different things inside of it. The limo was very well-kept and clean and stocked with drinks. It seems like they have a pretty large fleet of vehicles, which is really cool. If I ever go back to Roanoke and need a car service, they will be my first call. I was a little weary, because I had never heard of this company before. However, my expectations were exceeded. The day of the tour, our driver personally called and asked just a couple of questions. From there he was able to perfectly customize the experience perfect for us. Vern took us to about 3x as many houses than the I have been to before in the same amount of time. He was very friendly and he vehicle was very clean and nice. He provided everything we needed, he tidied up the limo at every stop, and even let us stop to use the restroom.
