The young man working behind the register asked what I needed when I came in, and he then offered to look up the correct windshield wiper blade for my car. They pointed me to the blade I needed and then offered to install it. When installing it, they put a rubber sheet underneath the mount so that the windshield wouldn't be damaged in the event that it snapped down. After a few minutes, they had my new blade installed and I was on my way. Seriously, the service was first rate.
