It was a rainy day and I saw that one of my windshield wiper blades was coming off. So I came into the store for a replacement. The young man working behind the register asked what I needed when I came in, and he then offered to look up the correct windshield wiper blade for my car. They pointed me to the blade I needed and then offered to install it. When installing it, they put a rubber sheet underneath the mount so that the windshield wouldn't be damaged in the event that it snapped down. Poor service seemed more interested in playing than waiting on the customers. It's a far cry from what it used to be, used to i could go in, get waited on and helped but now it's gone way downhill. All the people I knew are gone and the Heavy-set guy named bill who always seemed to wait on me isn't there anymore. No one seems to have any real knowledge of Automobiles, I tried ordering online, but they didn't have it in inventory in which it said they did. This company really needs to consider their management issues as well as inventory ones. read more

Went in to get a part as My wife refues to go in there and I seen why . Short stocky guy with beard was rude . He seemed more interested in Bragging how he got someone fired than he was in the Customers . If this is Management you may want to stay away from this place . read more

This is my first time in that particular Store , The young kid was busy on his cellphone to the point where I was not even acknowledged , The Manager of whom was in a Gray shirt talked more about Customers in a bad way as well as some of what seemed to be her older employees who may have been slow but helped me and was knowledgeable . Never seen such a lack of professionalism in dealing with people and her employees as this particular manager as I seen more verbal abuse to her workers and customers than I have ever seen before . read more
