They drive down to visit me from Tacoma which is very much appreciated. If traffic is going to have them a tad behind they always give me a heads up. The team always consists of two people and frequently Sirina herself! A mother and military wife she still finds time to attend many of the jobs to ensure things are "done right" she tells me. Not only Sirina but also her employees have been incredibly friendly and polite and a joy to have in my home. They are sweet to my kitties but not sweet to the kitty hair that latches onto all my furniture. They have been very thorough each time I've had them here and spend 2-3 hours on the home. Sirina always asks me to look around and to be sure to tell her if anything doesn't meet my expectations. The cost is very affordable, especially for two people. I also love that the money is going to help a military family and many of her employees have family members in the military and are trying to get assimilated into new surroundings. They perform great work and are friendly and provide wonderful conversation. So thankful they come every month to help me keep everything in order in my crazy life!

Simply put, if you are not doing business with this company, you are mission out on a GREAT business experience. Instead of writing a new comment here, I will share my experience (by posting) a copy of the email I sent to Bobcat after my equipment rental experience with them. Here we go, and a big THANK YOU again to Karen and James "Bobcat of Olympia!" [Hello Karen, Just wanted to let you know that I received my receipt; thank you. I don't know who your boss is, so if you don't mind, could you please pass this along to him/her. Karen is one of BEST people I've had the pleasure to do business with in my 64 years on this earth! You are VERY lucky to have an employee like her. Karen made working with your company so easy and pleasant for me that it almost seemed as if she were an employee of mine. Then there is James. James is the name of the person who delivered the rental equipment to me. James was equally as pleasant, professional, and able to work with as was Karen. James was so delightful that I can hardly put my experience with him into words. Here's the bottom line. I don't know what your company is doing to have the kind of employees that worked with me during my rental, but, whatever it is, I sure wish you could pass your ability to find such employees on to every other employer in the state of Washington! I enjoyed working with Karen and James so much that I am sad that I don't have a reason right now to work with them again. Thank you so very much for sharing the kindness and professionalism of your employees with me. I look forward to working with your company, and in particular Karen and James, again in the near future. Look for my reviews on Google and Yelp! I think you're going to like them! Sincerely, Grateful customer]

Service Experience: Done Right Lawn Mower Repair LLC…read more Unit: Honda GCV170 Push Lawn Mower Issue: Engine Surging 3/24/2026: I made an initial inquiry regarding turnaround time and pricing. I was told, "A tune-up includes a carburetor cleaning and other parts that will resolve the surging issue." I was instructed to drop the unit off on Friday, 3/27/2026. Day 1: I dropped off the mower and was reminded that the repair would take approximately two weeks. Day 14: Two weeks having passed, I called for a status update. The business told me, "The technician will call you before the end of the day." No callback was received. (Missed Callback #1) Day 16: I called again and received the exact same response: "The technician will call you before the end of the day." Again, I received no callback. (Missed Callback #2) Day 20: I called again to insist on an update. I finally received a return call from a technician who stated, "We performed the tune-up, but it is still surging. I will look into it further." Day 24: I called for a timeframe. The technician informed me, "Your lawn mower is next on the list." Day 29: I called yet again. The technician replied, "It's lucky that you called; I'm going to look at yours today!" Day 31: I called once more, only to be told, "Still working on your unit." At this point, my wife and I decided to cut our losses and bring the unit home. I asked for the final price so I could pick it up. The technician stated, "I don't have the price in front of me; I will call you back." As expected, I never received a call. (Missed Callback #3) Day 32: The technician finally called back, claiming, "I found your issue; it will be ready for pickup soon." When I arrived, the business charged me for the tune-up plus extra labor. Day 33: I started the mower at home. Within five minutes of operation, the unit began surging again. The business was closed for the weekend. Day 34: I was very lucky and found a local handyman. He took about one hour to clean the carburetor, after which the unit ran perfectly without surging. Summary: This business held my mower for over a month and failed to fix it. A local handyman resolved the issue in a single hour by performing the very task--cleaning the carburetor--that the shop claimed was part of their initial "tune-up."
