Very knowledgable. Uses quality shine and applied several layers. Best shoe shine I've ever had.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOUBOUTINS HERE! Want your brand new shoes ruined? This is the place for you!…read moreSorry, this is a long review. After an initial phone call with the short-haired girl asking what services they offer for Louboutins, they said they put a red, rubber non-skid bottom on the shoes. I asked about their quality and she stated that they are professionals and do this all of the time. "Cool." I thought. When I dropped off my shoes (2 pairs), the girl (the daughter) was so giddy and excited. She said it would take a week. She acknowledged that they were new and I told her I wasn't going to wear them until the non-skid bottom had been put on it. Fast forward a week, I go to pick up my shoes and notice that there's multiple cuts on the side of one of the pairs and the other pair has spots of red paint all over it. Um... why? The owner (a man) stated that it "sometimes happens" and that it can be fixed. I don't know about you, but you just can't "fix" cut patent leather. The red rubber soles that were put on were also uneven. They said they would fix that as well. Fast forward another week, I go to pick up my shoes again. When I tell you they literally tried to slap glue on the cut spot and claim that it was "fixed" absolutely baffled me. I pointed to the spot again and the girl picked up the cut pair and said, "I don't see anything. My doctor said I didn't need glasses. I have pretty good vision." Ma'am, that commentary is definitely not needed. Someone would literally have to be blind to not see that cut. I told her that whether or not she could "see" it, it was still there. She proceeds to throw my shoes back into their box and the bag and picks it up. She then states, "Maybe you should have taken them to f*cking New York since you want to be a f*cking perfectionist." And storms off to the back. Excuse me? That's absolutely inappropriate and uncalled for. She said the owner, her dad, would not be back in until Tuesday morning. I left because I was not going to be talked to or treated like that. Fast forward to today (6/25), I went in to pick up my shoes and discuss how upset I was with the quality of their work and also the rude comments from the woman. I proceeded to show him that the cut was still very visible. He said, "it's just a cut." IT'S A CUT ON A $695 PAIR OF BRAND NEW SHOES THAT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. He then said it wouldn't matter once I wore them. Why would I wear damaged shoes? Sure, they can call me a perfectionist, but a business should not claim that they are so great at a service when they are not. He then said to me, "I've been doing these for years. I've never met anyone as NUTTY as you." Another dig that is inappropriate and unnecessary. Thank goodness I had a witness with me. He kept saying, "Let's let the courts decide." And that's exactly what will happen. Don't claim you're good at something that you are not good at. You'll save your customers grief when their items are damaged. Calling someone "nutty" because you damaged their shoes is NOT the right way to handle anything. I got a refund for the shitty services that that they rendered to me after asking for one. They refused to replace my shoes, even the cut pair after they acknowledged it was their fault. Also, the two nude patent pairs of Louboutin's they have posted on their pictures are my shoes. Notice how they only show the bottoms and not the damaged sides of the shoe. I have attached pictures as well. I will be seeing them in small claims court. Take your shoes and your business elsewhere.
