There was a transfer company that took us from the Millenium Hotel to the train station. Each transfer as we hopped from hotel to hotel and city to city was seamless. Flawless attention to details! Thomas had an endless array of recommended tours for each city. He gave us choices on hotels, what we deemed important which, as mentioned earlier, included proximity to the cities we visited, breakfast included and excellent staff at each and every hotel. Located in the Century 21 Plaza on Colorado Blvd right across Jersey Mike's. It is brand new, spacious and inviting. I came in to get an International Driver's Permit and was assisted by Rachel. She was so professional, attentive, super-friendly and efficient. She has just worked there less than a week and with her demeanor and knowledge, it seemed she had worked there for a longer time. Being a member is great and it is worth having a membership, especially since I like road trips and travel internationally a lot. The International Permit only cost $20 and the pictures were free (being a member). It is good for one year. Rachel works next to Joey and there are a lot of seasoned agents that can help with any travel needs.

My wife became pregnant with our second child and we thought we would need to pay a full adult fare for the new child, but Samira informed us very much after the fact that children under 6 months could not go on the cruise at all. Samira had not mentioned this nor provided us with any paperwork when we booked our trip, so there was no way for us to know. She refused to return our deposit. She suggested we simply get a baby sitter for our 3 month old, breastfeeding infant for the week that we would be on the trip. I'm incredibly disappointed in DTR Travel, and especially in Samira Platter. She did a terrible job and ripped my family off, plain and simple.

We booked our first ever family vacation to the Dominican Republic for 4/19-4/25, should be…read morereturning today. We saved up up for a very long time to afford this trip and paid a $500 deposit in January and the remainder of $2559 on March 5th. Unfortunately, Covid hit pretty hard and we requested a refund on March 12th less the travel protection we purchased. Our Travel Agent said we would receive a refund to our card in 21 days. 21 days came and still no refund. I reached out Denise inquiring and she said that refunds are now taking up to 90 day's. I was distraught. Again, this isn't a purchase made from a credit card, this was made from our bank account. I contacted our bank hoping they could help to dispute, but unfortunately they said they couldn't because the company wasn't saying they wouldn't refund, but that it would be longer. I settled and started counting down 90 days from March 12th. I received an email today from Denise that my credit for book now, charge later had increased from $3063 to $3800. I of course was concerned as I requested a refund, not a credit towards a future booking. My TA and I emailed back and forth, but she basically said she thought I had requested a credit and she was sorry for the confusion. She has called to request a credit today and they can take up to now 120 days! She has lied and manipulated me and I just need my money back. My husbands work has slowed down and we are barely making ends meet. This is unacceptable business practice, especially considering I had purchased the travel protection. I've called my bank again, but had to leave a message with the dispute supervisor. I'm so frustrated, feeling hopeless, with no firm answer on when we can expect a refund.
