I had booked another company over a year ago for our wedding. The company took a check that they lost and took a credit card after that then no called no showed the day before our wedding! I was coordinating an event for my new job and suddenly found myself needing a portable restroom for a company event being held in a public park. We were serving food so a hand washing station was necessary and we were planning one hundred or so guests. I contacted a handful of other portable restroom vendors in the Portland area, including honey bucket and several of the other big ones. They were more expensive and several had issues with same day pickup but confirmed that we were liable if anything happened to the units overnight. A portable restroom in a public park overnight was not an option. The second to last place I contacted was Royal Throne. When Karen answered the phone I liked her immediately, she was professional, warm and even referred me to another company she thought might have a better prices. After following up on her recommendation, I was quite happy to find that Royal Throne still had the best price, two units plus sink for the same price as just two unites elsewhere. Karen even sent me pictures so I'd know what we were getting. On the day of our event Karen was exactly on time for delivery and pickup. She delivered the spotless units and even gave them another once over before she left. Our guests commented on how clean they were and definitely made use of the hand washing stations. We rented the cheapest units available and received the best service possible. Royal Throne Restrooms! This was one of the best venders I've had the pleasure of working with while in Washington. I was a coordinator on a large Fox reality show in the mountains and we needed heated, flushable toilets for the crew (mostly for morale). These toilets are nicer than anything I've seen in LA. They had beautiful decor, feminine products, music, etc which was such a relief when the rest of your day was spent standing in the mud in rainy/snowy weather. More important than even the quality of the product was the quality of service. We were in an extremely remote location with a LOT of people. Karen and Rob were available to us all the time and were able to connect us to other great local venders that could keep us going that winter. I shudder to think what my life would've been like on that show had I not found them. I would book them immediately. At first I contacted the Seattle branch because I thought they would be closer to my event, I did not receive a response, however, the next day Karen from the Portland ( Vancouver) location contacted me with prices and answers to all of the questions that I had in my email on a Saturday night!!!! She was actually the closer location and far cheaper than the other competitors! I sent a few emails after hours not expecting a response until the next business day However Karen was on top of it, she would have a response with the answers to my questions within a few hours! It turns out we had a family member with a connection to a different company that was originally $600 more than Royal Throne that was able to get us a deal. Even after I let Karen know that we were going a different way she offered advise and suggestion on how to make a Restroom trailer look as it belongs at the event and not stand out. She told me to contact her with any questions even though we are not using them! I am blown away at the amazing customer service! Arranged for the Royal Throne Restrooms to deliver their "Cellar" Royal Throne for our daughter's wedding reception at our house and it was a huge hit with our guests. The bathrooms are luxurious and the comment that EVERYONE made was that they were nicer than their home bathrooms. The bathrooms were roomy, clean, heated (and also have Air Conditioning if needed), music that we selected and each bathroom had its own monitor that video or photographs could be played on. These wonderful bathrooms were a hit and each person that arrived was almost immediately given a tour by someone who had just used them.
