After 5 telephone calls to him asking when he would deliver the papers and finish 2 small seal applications he still has not shown up. Today is November 7, 2013. Should have kept 10% as hold back. The tipping point was when a maintenance worker entered my apartment at 10pm without identifying himself and just let himself in. The managements excuses for this were inexcusable as the worker left and police could not find him after. Another worker entered on a different time at 11pm due to a water leak but called before, when I called management later, they said they had no idea about it. We had our laundry stolen from the dryer, packages stolen from the lobby within minutes of being delivered. For being in a pandemic and me constantly saying I work on Covid units, they still entered my apartment nearly 30 times in 10 months. The elevators are often down and my roommate was stuck in them multiple times. They claim you cannot smoke marijuana on the property but the building always smelled to the point it was unbearable in hallways. I have never had customer service people be so incredibly rude. I never felt safe being at home. Save yourself a massive headache and stay away from Boardwalk and their buildings.
