worst set of nails I've ever had. Showed pic for refernece of what i wanted. he said no problem. Did not get near close to it even after i had him fix them. on top of not looking like picture they are terribly constructed, zero apex whatsoever. completely flat until they bulge at the tips. I was a walk in, so maybe my experience was different than some, but I had a great time! I had Tam, and he was absolutely wonderful! He talked to me the entire time and it was a pleasure to get to know him! He worked very efficiently and he did a phenomenal job! A full set was $60, and I felt i received adequate product and service for that price. The building was extremely clean and looked fairly new/renovated. read more

Needed to get my nails done very last minute before the holidays. I was able to call and get an appointment within a half hour at royal nails spa. I had an older gentleman who did my nail fill and he did an excellent job and we had a great conversation. he did not rush me and offered me color suggestions based off my ideas. He took his time and did a wonderful job on my nails and the price was very reasonable. Compared to a lot of salons in the area. I paid exactly $50 for a fill and two nail repairs. Would definitely recommend this gentleman to everyone! read more

I give a place more than one try especially nowadays with staffing issues, but my last visit was my last! I returned to the salon today to talk to a manager regarding a poor job on my manicure. I was directed to Tracie, who was very unprofessional and rude. I even had pictures of my manicure the day I got it to show her how poorly it was done, but she could care less. The customer Tracie was giving a manicure to as I spoke to her said her nails look like mine after three weeks. I said exactly they shouldn't look like this already. They never took the polish to the cuticle so it looks like it's grown out. I get dip to make it last and have had dip many times previously. The time before I took my daughter in law there to get a mani/ pedi for her wedding. I just got a manicure. We had appointments but waited an hour to even get started then my daughter in law got switched 3 times with 3 different people. We were there for over 31/2 hours for our services. The time before that was not relaxing during my pedicure because Tracie had her dog in the salon and it barked the entire time and was walking around the salon. I'm a dog lover I truly am but a dog pacing and barking nonstop is not appropriate for this type business. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

I had a mani/pedi yesterday for the first time because the nail spa came with high recommendation from a trusted friend. I had dip on my fingers and polish on my toes. I noticed the colors were quite different then my toes and expressed the concerns to the technician. Her response was "that just happens with variation in types". I understand a difference nit a complete different color. I have Barbie pink on my toes and an ugly shad of mauve on my fingers. The technician dismissal was disappointing and will not be returning Very poor customer service and a waste of $105. read more

After years of loyalty to this salon, i got sick of having an appointment and them never on time. Waiting 1 hour later than your scheduled appointment is unacceptable. They overbook themselves and take walk ins knowing they have an appointment with customers. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer being made to wait an hour so they lost 12 years of my support. I came in here for a pedicure without an appointment. I got in pretty quickly which was nice. The atmosphere of this salon is clean & open. The staff is friendly, possibly a bit too friendly, which came off as being unprofessional. One of the nail technicians brought in her 1 year old son to work with her. He was obviously a distraction to her as she worked on a customer's nails. I got a simple pedicure with regular nail polish. Unfortunately, the nail polish chipped off after a few days. Been here several times and it is my last. the guy that owns the place is crabby. Hardly says a word and yanks at your hand if you're too tense. He points and grunts and treats you as if you are an imposition. A little rough with the clippers. The straw for me was being charged $5 to remove the gel from my nails, even though I had it reapplied. I thought getting a mani /pedi was supposed to be a luxury, not doing me a favor. When will the service industry get that? Do they not realize we have hundreds of choices and will be drawn to those places we feel valued as a customer and treated with kindness? I deal with negative people all day. If I'm coming to your "spa" and spend $100, at least smile and by all means, send me off with a thank you. Will never go back here. read more

I used to go here all the time, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I went there today on my lunch break hoping to relax for a few. I was seen by Timmy (not even sure that was his name) who maybe said 3 words to me, didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped. The gel color was poorly applied with multiple places missed. I was looking for a new nail place close to me. I had only been here a couple times but the last time I had a mani/pedi, I picked out a light purple color for an event. The second coat ended up making the purple very dark. The guy and I talked about it but I had to leave to pick up my kids from school so I paid the $90 and went back the next day to have the color changed. I went to this nail salon once before, and really liked the way they did my nails. So this time I decided to make an appointment so I would not have to wait as long. When I asked them over the phone if they would have time available at a particular time they said yes. I went in at my appointment time and there were three nail technicians. All of them look as if they had just taken walk-ins and were nowhere near finished with those clients. I waited for 15 minutes and then decided just to walk out. I will never go back. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It seems to me if you haven't already been coming here since they opened there's no reason in coming. Over the summer I came here and had a pedicure appointment at 10:00 I didn't start soaking till 10:20 and they didn't work on my feet till 10:40. A woman came in after me and they said hi to her, unlike w me, and they helped her before me. I would have got up and left if i wasn't dropped off. Today I gave Royal another try and went w my grandma we didn't have appointments so I expected a wait but we were not acknowledged and this one lady came in and they said hi to her and helped her while we sat there. We tried leaving and that's when we were acknowledged and they said we would be seated shortly so we waited and my grandma was seated and I was told I would be seated shortly after. I was never seated. Very disappointed at how unorganized this business is and how we were LIED to about our wait when we could've ran our errands and maybe have come back if we were told we would have to wait. read more
