A little frustrating, because the location is a good two miles from Reading town centre and the perfectly good post office located there. A totally unhelpful and pig-headed service. My granddaughter had great difficulty convincing the employees front door is not "somewhere round the back where we couldn't find it - we have a note telling us so.." whereas it is exactly where a front door usually is: right on the road to which her mail is addressed, with the number in large figures. The missing parcel, which is important to her, although not of great value and was clearly addressed with a return address on the back, has never shown up and no-one at the office is remotely bothered.
