A little frustrating, because the location is a good two miles from Reading town centre and the perfectly good post office located there. Too far to walk, too short to spend £3.40 for round trip bus tickets. If you're driving, then they have sufficient parking.

Service at this Post Office is very slow, I never see all three windows open at the same time and…read morethere's often a long queue. It's the only place locally where car tax is available so I guess that's why it gets busy but much more effort is needed by management to improve staffing. It could be so much better!
