Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

So thank you I've traveled a couple times through LAX where I had to use LAX-IT to ride home which I think is widely known to be the worst transportation service of all times. As stated the obvious, I want to tell you why LAX-IT is so bad and miserable: 1. Shuttle service is not reliable And by that I mean I had to walk to LAX-IT a couple times before catching an Uber 2. Time consuming 3. Due to price surges, you'd end up paying 2x more than what you paid to get to the airport. With all that being said, except this time my little brother was supposed to arrive at LAX and I didn't want him to have the miserable experience I experienced with LAX-It. After looking up a couple transportation services, I couldn't believe that I could've saved money and time when I needed a ride home by just reserving a private transportation service so I went ahead and reached out to a couple places on the day of my brother's arrival. Since it was just a couple hours before he'd arrive, most of these places didn't accept my request to send out a driver to him because it wasn't ahead of time (on average, transportation services require at least 24 hours before guest's arrival time). Eventually, I came across United Executive Transportation and a very nice man (I wish I had asked for his name, but was so stressed out about not finding a driver to get my brother that I forgot) answered the phone when I called. At this point I knew what to ask when I called these transportation services and that was 1. Do you have a driver for tonight at 9 pm (which was within just a couple of hours) and 2. How much would it cost from lax to irvine (which from experience, uber/Lyft charged me at least $200 from lax to Fullerton). So as long as there was a driver and it was less than $200 then I was good to book which I did with this service. All in all, I want to especially emphasize on how reliable they are! Thank you so much for making this ride easy for my brother. He was already upset with me for getting him a flight for him that had one-stop but after he got home he texted me and said "thanks for the ride, it was dope! Best part of my day."

He answered all my questions and followed up with a nice "thank you for contacting me" text without pushing for a booking. Further, he was prompt to respond to my questions and was upfront about his prices. There were 8 of us and an abundance of luggage for our lengthy trip. His prices were reasonable and he was able to provide a roundtrip service for us. He arrived well dressed and early for pickup. He had a variety of car seats & booster seat options for my grandson to use. The sprinter was clean inside and out. Our ride to and from was comfortable and we arrived with ample time to settle in. We received a confirmation email the night before our arrival home, a text the morning of, and he was present when our flight landed.
